The only thing that really sucks with this edition is the game disk seems to be tucked in the cover of the artbook, meaning that it wont sit well on the shelf and the potential for having the disc scratched in transit is high.
Just speculation, but the back panel - behind the statue - looks like the right size to hold a game case. Maybe the actual game isn't shown in the image?

Again, just my thoughts.

am i the only one who noticed a random photo of some chocolate cake in the media panel? does the xperia play bake delicious cake as well? if so, i think i know what my next purchase is.
Bahahaha, I totally noticed this too and was trying to find a link or some kind of logic. Maybe the photo was taken with the Play? But i certainly prefer your expectation ^_^

Cheapest place to buy in Aus? Don't want to wait for import
It looks like I need to buy a PSP...
Re: Mass Effect 2 Review (2 years ago)
So you don't actually get to experience playing Shepard as a bad-ass/saint in ME1 or choose his back story? Just the stock story? Sorry, the comic glided over 90% of the events that made ME1 fantastic!
Re: Dead Space 2 Review (2 years ago)
This review reminds me of the evolution of character, story and action of Alien -> Aliens
I enjoyed FFX-2 very much and also FFXIII so no surprise I am looking forward to a FFXIII-2. I really felt like the ending needed a sequel for resolution.
Just want OoT so far really...
It looks a little bit fabulous =]
80s soundtrack? I'm there!!
At first, Silent Hill was always just that bit TOO bizarre for me but as I got older I appreciated it a lot more. I enjoyed the balance the first movie employed and look forward to this =]
Ahh, Bev, my first Gameboy game was Link's Awakening. The level design and general adventuring was fantastic and so much fun. Played it again recently (DX) and it's still incredibly compelling icon_biggrin.gif
Dick Smith have the price for Fable 3 advertised on their site for $78, not sure if that's only an online price. Will be heading there during lunch today and will confirm if no-one else does. =]

Where is everyone pre-ordering from? Trying to work out the best price/pre-order bonus is quite complicated.
I would like to know too icon_razz.gif

When Fable 2 came out, JB had the "CE" at the same price as regular edition. Although it had remarkably less collectibles than the Fable 3 CE.
Will buy Fallout AFTER Fable. I can tell which will be longer icon_razz.gif
Had to skip this game because of other releases at the time, will definitely endeavour to acquire the UE though ^.^
Loved 1 and 3, never got to play 2, hopefully I will get the chance. Definitely the only actual horror series left, IMO only of course.

having such a storyline heavy series spread out over 4 consoles just seems mean to me.
seconded, I'm trying to justify buying a PSP just so I can keep up on the wonderfully intricate (NOT convoluted) story XD
I really wanna play it because it's SE, but free to play MMORPG's are always so overpopulated with third world douche bags DX (I'm not politically correct of course)
Holy s**t that was all kinds of epic ^.^

Wow, that's soon! I was thinking of preordering it but am uncertain whether it will live up to expectations (different developer)
I share the sentiment, I'll be approaching it carefully :\
Ahhh, Wild Arms ^^ The first RPG I played on the Playstation. Used to watch the anime intro everytime I loaded for this music. Ashamedly forgot about it icon_razz.gif
Looks so pretty ^.^ Another MW game I can't miss =]
Please don't use Journey references to entice article views, I was crushed XD
Hey which FF was that song originally from? I'm ashamed I can't remember icon_razz.gif
Looked really (too) colourful and damnit, I wanna see some sexy Link legs D:

The Beta supports custom and published maps already, so you can expect a lot of TD.
Cheers, I'ma get it for sure now. I went back to WC3 and noticed the new maps have comments about SC2 development ^^
Re: Alan Wake Review (2 years ago)
Started on hard as I wanted some scares, right choice =]

Has anyone else died from falling off the bridge RIGHT at the start by the first thermos?
I wanted to see if there were invisible walls icon_razz.gif
Re: StarCraft 2 Preview (2 years ago)
So I haven't played this starcraft stuff yet, all I wanna know is if it has custom MP maps like warcraft so I can play some updated TD! icon_razz.gif
