Well it's hard to run a site in which the staff don't even play video games.
If thats the case, why not just remove the topic?

And what are the plans for this place?
While they are considered low, I still don't think that it's something to be put on hold. You need guidelines to hold the forum together so that you've got a foundation, especially when you are dealing with people, as people are pricks at the best of times. Especially more as this 'new PALGN' is to be community driven... (because the last one wasn't?)

Without knowing what is going on in the background, it seems that all that is happening is PALGN is getting a 'reboot' and being made to be more 'community driven'. But PALGN already was 100% community driven. So if you don't mind me saying this, we are all bloody confused.

EDIT:

And so a new topic was created by someone and it was locked? Great start... Sure, it could have been a spambot, but the conversation could have sparked. And if you knew anything about PALGN and the Internet, you would know that some of the best and funniest conversations were pulled out of random topics.
You know what this forum needs?

It needs more dog.
Re: Where to go now (1 year ago)
They might have done some stuff, but in regards to everything else, not much has been done. A good owner would keep the public updated in order to gain momentum for a relaunch.

It just feels like this place has had the love sucked out of it and been zombified. Yes, it's moving but it doesn't mean it's alive.
Re: Where to go now (1 year ago)
Yes, I ask this question without trying to start a flame war or anything.

It's just that this forum is running on a dodgy server with a future with no direction. Nothing has been done by the owners to keep the website running at this point and with the single thing that held PALGN together, the community moving on, the logical thing would have been to come with us.
Re: Where to go now (1 year ago)
I'm just curious as why some people don't want to head over to Rocket Chainsaw. What is the reasoning?
Re: Where to go now (1 year ago)
Nope, the tumble weed isn't to deter users, it's there because it's funny. And true. Whats with this one man revolution of trying to get PALGN 'back together'? It's cute at the best of times.

I still don't think you realise how the GE isn't coming back in a hurry, especially with such a nothing community. If you knew anything about the behinds the scene shit of the last one, you'd know it isn't 100% feasible at the best of times.

Oh, and by the way, your avatar isn't within PALGN guidelines and is over the size limit. icon_wink.gif Might want to get that checked out.
Re: Where to go now (1 year ago)
Bring this over to RocketChainsaw.com.au

People will actually read it then as it's dead in here.
Get with the times Adam.

Jeez.
I surprised people are still posting.
Why not use wifi hotspot?
No. That's not what I meant.

It's the fact that he bases his decisions based on his religion.

As a high end politician, if your decision is majority based on your religeous viewpoint and stance, you shouldn't fucking be there.

ie. I'm all for some sort of gay marriage. Most politicians aren't because it's against there 'religious stance'. Well good for them, but that shouldn't hold as an answer. It's not there decision. It's the peoples. And that is whats those politician cunts forget.
KEEP RELIGION OUT OF POLITICS.

How can a top politician rely on religion? There viewpoints hold no say. If a Muslim made his way into high order politics, there would be an uproar. That's how I feel about Christianity in politics.
Re: Goodbye, for now. (1 year ago)
I'm a rare gamer these days.

But I stay here for the conversations.
Re: Funny Links (1 year ago)
Fuck yeah.

My whole face was clenching with half a WTF? look and the other half ready to burst into tears of laughter.
My hands in the air as well!
If it gets canned, I still believe it is one of those shows that could make it solely internet based and be one of the first tv shows to make that transition.
Re: Funny Links (1 year ago)
That's the lead singer from Faith No More's voice I believe.

It was in the first one at least.
Re: One Questions (1 year ago)
In terms of size, it's good.

No complaints apart from the drop.
Re: One Questions (1 year ago)
I have the NuForce Icon uDAC-2.

It works really well. I dropped it though so it's not working 100% atm.

But yes, cheap and the reviews don't lie!
Karai has never climaxed.
Re: Mass Effect 3 (1 year ago)
That's Jarrods night sorted.

Re: R18+ Legislation (1 year ago)
What's stopping you know?

GameTraders sells it.
Tomato Sauce.

Ketchup has more spices and a little bit more zang, which I find irritates the nipples.
And i'll answer the door crying, with a red tomato sauce love heart smeared across my chest wearing nothing but a tube sock on my junk.

The bitches be jealous.
