ive noticed the iphone has a higher resolution but, then noticed newer smartphones (galaxy2) have higher MP cameras and quicker processors.
i have heard windows os is terrible so ill stay well clear of them.
i guess the best way now is to try an android based phone out and see how it compares to the iphone ive had previously.

gday all. i know this could be done with some research but to any people who have time and like to express their opinons then this is for you 
anyway, ive had an iphone 3gs but that got damaged about 5 months ago and im using my old nokia n95 until my contract is up in december.
im after another smartphone, problem is ive already got iphone accessories (car charger/doc with speakers and normal charger obviously) so im leaning towards an iphone 4.
but ive heard alot of people go on about their android powered smartphones, but then i look and theres the HTC Desire, lg galaxy 2 and so on.
all im after is a form of mp3 player while im jogging, good camera, good apps (espically ones which track your gps position) and other little gadgets im always impressed with.
like i said, ive never used an android based phone but heard only good things, any pros/cons with phones you guys have experienced would be great to know. thnaks!

if you have pc, try the witcher 2. just picked it up and an hour in and ive still got an erection!! if limited to consoles, cant really recommended too much, maybe fable 3, but youd probably need all 3 fables to make it a full weekend

what about local (offline) co-op? is that still slave or is the loot/level ups etc all even? id be interested in this for local coop but if its the same system as you mention for online co-op then i might as well stay with fable

love this game, been addicted since day 1 of release. only problem is save files become corrupted and you can see your years of hard work all over with 'has stopped responding'. they have released a patch which creates a backup after every season and supposely fixes a bunch of bugs, highly recommend downloading that patch.
all in all, great sim, espically considering the budget compared to a soccer sim.

worth playing the first witcher? i bought it on sale awhile back and only got as far as installing it :$ just loading witcher 2 now and everything looks amazing, so wondering if its worth finishing the first one first or will the story still make sense if i skip straight to number 2?

gday all, having some pc problems.
the other night shut pc down, and it installed some updates, fair enough.
next morning wont boot out of the bio startup screen, it reset my overclocks and still doesnt get out of the startup, just tests memory and then detecting ide drives and does nothing. wont even let me go into bios.
any ideas? hardware related im guessing? any help/futher tests would be helpful. thanks fellas

i got a quick q mainly for ps3 users, how do you see who youre playing against (online that is)? i goto join game and it puts me in a random game where i cant see the name of who i am playing against. would be good to know who to avoid etc

i think the whole excessive tackling would be a bit of a turn off for alot of people. i too would like to see it slowed down, or turbo/players speed having more of an effect. maybe marking bit like afl 2003 where its more of a skill rather than chance and whoever gets there first. but its a decent game and will take over my life for awhile

nope, but if you play co-op with a mate do my move, 1 smash it forward, the other stand outside the screen to run onto it, run in goal.
hahaha, but unfortunatly there isnt. just finished a full 20min quarter game, had 397 tackles to their 300 odd. compare that to 60-80 odd tackles in a proper afl match...

started a premiership season, 20 mins extreme injuries, tough start, its 3 quarter time and im up 175-155 with nearly 300 tackles lol. its gonna take me awhile to finish a season!

depends on how much $$$ youre willing to fork out? if money isnt too much of a hassle id go with a 6990. you wont see a huge performance difference but its a bit more future proof. in 2 years time you could get a new mobo/cpu and another 6990 for pretty cheap and have an awesome system.
as for monitor, im using an alienware monitor. highly recommend but pricey, 400$. 120hz is the cause of the price, great montior tho (i only bought it for 3d vision) i think amd are bringing out 3d vision soon? im not too sure, i run nvidia cards but once again, cant hurt to future proof if you can afford it

id say he went for he 6990 because in the next few driver releases im sure you will see the performance swing in favor of the 6990. the only reason why its underperforming at the moment because its a new card and no drivers have been released purely for the 6990. also hes opening the door down the track for run 2 6990's when theyre alot cheaper and he will get alot of performance for his dollar.
