Well after selling my Wii over 3 years ago I decided to get back on board.



Wii and Mario Kart for $138 from DSE
Boom Street from Big W for ~$58

Now I just need to get Zelda, have felt really disheartened by some of the games on PS3/360 as of late and decided to grab a Wii to get some Nintendo back in my life icon_smile.gif

I think the only thing that could let this game down would be the actual gameplay, from what I understood the shooting on Yakuza Dead Souls wasn't exactly the greatest. Hopefully it all comes together.

So this game has zero marketing at the moment but is coming out very soon for PS3/360. Japanese Sci-Fi action RPG from the makers of Yakuza. It seems to have a huge budget behind it and all the trailers they have released so far have been pretty amazing. Here is the latest:

It is amazing how far this game has come. If it were to be reviewed now I'm sure the critical reception would be far more positive. I really need to get the latest car dlc, would love to take a Scirocco for a spin icon_razz.gif
I take it you guys are playing on PC? Does anyone still play on PS3?
I've got so many new games, I'm even subscribed to two MMO's (WoW and SWTOR) yet all I want to play is DOTA2. Completely eating up my time and I wouldn't have it any other way. The community is much nicer, doesn't feel like DOTA yet because I haven't seen any mum jokes or any incredibly insensitive racist remarks. I'm sure in time it will become the disgusting cess pool we all know and love.
I'm pretty sure they are planning on making 'local' servers somewhere in asia, most likely Singapore. This then creates a lot of problems as a lot of ISPs in Australia (Optus, Internode and others) have a different routing from Telstra and go through the West Coast of America before Asia. So a 'local' server will actually result in a ping of ~600 for a significant proportion of Australians. This was seen in Starcraft 2 where basically the majority of Australians went to the West Coast server over the oceanic alternative. Who knows if they'll have a transfer service up by then, I'll most likely be done with the game by then or be ready to make a republic alt.

I haven't played the game too much recently , I need to get back into it. My advice for anyone that is treating this like a single player MMO i.e just playing for the story etc I urge you to make an Imperial Agent, from what I've played and heard from others the story is very good and has some awesome dark side choices icon_cool.gif

As a PSPGO owner I'm really upset about the news of just one account. The pal/eu store really needs to get it together before I'm happy. The US store will be cheaper and have much more content, now I need to decide between PSN Plus (on aus account) and US store for Vita.

Played about 30 mins and thats enough for me. I did the infamous 2 trick and feel ripped off. At the old age of 25 I think I'm too old for fps now, my reflexes are just not what they used to be.
Has anyone got this? How long did it take to finish?
Well it plays a bit different from beta. Everyone moves twice as fast, the GMAL can't kill anything and the bullet detection is atrocious. Naughty Dog are great at ruining a good thing.
Don't mind AE but I think it will be a step backward. Super was the epitome of fighting games this gen in my opinion. Yun is just such a stupid character, way worse than vanilla sagat. Maybe I'm just mad bro.
Feel so bad I bought a 3DS now.. Vita just blows it away. I will probably preorder in the next few days. Must say I'm shocked that Sony managed to unveil new hardware without a backlash, lets face it they have screwed the pooch on that one in recent years.

How old is your PS3 Brad? A couple of months ago I had some freezing and sound issues with Bulletstorm and Killzone 3, tried searching for some information on it but couldn't find a thing. Turns out my launch ps3 was just not up to speed anymore, still worked with other games but some of the newer games would just freeze constantly. Had to get a slim icon_sad.gif but at least now everything works.

The characters are out for DL in the US if you have the code from the US version. I'm sure we will be included some time this week and I doubt will be affected by the delay it seems. Really excited about Shuma as I think he has a place on my team, Jill looks kinda meh and gimmicky but will see.

360 has been region locked before, Army of Two was on 360. If its true seems like the developer has the power to do it irrespective of console.

The 360 vs PS3 thing is a bit disappointing for the ps3 version, especially when the PS3 is the tournament standard usually in the US (EVO).

Final Round is on this weekend, basically everyone who is good at Marvel is there. Should be really great to watch! I think Wong will take it, he just plays too smart. I am still such a long way off picking a team, all the characters are too fun!

So in love with this game, the roster is amazing in my opinion. All the characters feel so varied and flashy, there is not one character I dislike so I think I'm going to have a horrendous time trying to decide on a team. Have yet to try any online, I'm hoping there are as many beam spammers as people say there is, can get some Hsien Ko practice in icon_cool.gif

Ordered the MVC3 guide, will hopefully have it by the end of the week with the aim of leveling up my game over the weekend.

Really liking it. Just started a Dwarf Shaman on Barthilas, haven't played since vanilla and there are so many improvements. I'm really looking forward to 5 mans, got so burn out from my old guild back in the day; we got every server first in Vanilla on Jubei'Thos and its taken me 4-5 years to contemplate playing again.
