Peeps on Whirlpool pointed out that the Playstation AU website says release is today http://au.playstation.com/ps3/games/detail/item328373/Uncharted-3-Drakes-Deception%C2%99/
I'm enjoying the Beta but i haven't played too much as I want to jump right into the game when it's released.

My only gripe is that the towns have lost their charm. They no longer feel special or controlled, they are more a utility.

Cave Story is getting a full retail release for the 3DS.
I know but i filled up my balance to $20 and it's burning a hole in my 3DS.
Any suggestions for DSi Ware? I see no Cave Story!
I just won also! My awful day just became awesome! Thanks Sega and PALGN!

I told a lie, it could have been better with Shenmue and Jet Set Radio
Shenmue and JetSetRadio collection with some Powerstone & Skies or Arcadia for good measure would pitch a nostalgic tent in my pants.
To be honest, the region locking will cause me to import as well. Sorry Nintendo Australia, but you've sucked for 20+ years.
My money is on a pre-xmas global launch like the Wii was in 2006.
Suda51 is an overrated hack.
Sweet FA coming out post CrackDown2. Excellent! Time to catch up

Joe Danger is awesome!
Agreed is a lovely mish mash of Excitebike, Unirally and
Trials HD.
Let's be honest... Killer 7 wasn't that good and was so stylistic people wanted to like it so it would make them feel better about their gaming as art arguments.

His DS game was self absorbed pap and the original NMH was a stupid stylised ultraviolent waggle fest. "Oh wow, i can save while pooing. How clever!"

I also feel his name Suda51 adds to his whole appeal and if he was called Satoshi people wouldn't nearly be as interested. His name compliments the artistic want we gamers want in our media form.

Perhaps I'm being overly cynical and i should applaud his uniqueness, but to me it's just an emperors clothes situation.

Blur is a blast. Highly impressed and the sense of achievement you get when you win a race is something i haven't had in a long time, except a few days earlier with Modnation Racers.

2 Great racing games. Well worth he spend and different enough to justify dual purchases.

Split Second was distant. I felt i had no control over the "effects" and the racing was just stale. Transformers 2 of driving games.

I'm not that creative and don't have the patience to make my own things (with the exception on Timesplitters 3) so I would very likely spend little to no time making my own tracks.
I'm much the same, but course creation is so quick and easy that I'm changing. Give it a go.

Anyone else have trouble finding an Online match?
Hmmm do i need ANOTHER metal Slug on my consoles? Yeah probably...

So... time to import from the UK to get it both cheaper and earlier I guess =\
Too right. Time to cancel my pre-order. Ninty does realise how hack-able their machine is and a staggered global launch will encourage naughty people to play naughty versions?

I, personally, won't, i love my SMG too much.
1200 is not a friendly price point at all. Looks like I'll be cutting back on my live purchases. Which is a good thing for my visa and HDD but bad for my addiction.
I can understand where Nintendo is going with this. It caters to the casual market moreso. People don't like hard anymore, that's why we have GPS and google, this just compliments that.

Also keep in mind the large penetration of Laptops in the home means you can watch the DVD while you play the games.
Awesome news for Pal gamers. Shite news for me as I ordered the game off PA literally the day before. At least the servers will be full soon!
Re: PALGN wants YOU (3 years ago)
May give it a bash...

I'd suggest you don't, Zarnoss, if the following is anything to go by

Game is good for the first 50 mins, then you can see where they actually resorted to their old game school of philosophy, **** the devs.
Split Screen Co-op is going to be awesome.
Logo change! It's got to be. Ohhh exciting stuff.

And with that stingy sarcasm, I'm off to bed. I hope to awake to said announcement.

Just don't go Kotaku on us.
I really liked heavy rain, so much so i am forgiving the walking. It's very RE in that way.
Re: Yakuza 3 Preview (3 years ago)
I am looking forward very much to this game (played 1 and 2 + lived in Tokyo for 3+ years) and would welcome a delay. Too much to play in the next two months!
Anybody gotten theirs delivered today? I can see mine sitting in the Aus Post depot, but thats not on my desk. which is where i want it to be.
Re: Bayonetta Review (3 years ago)
I'm sorry but i don't get the Bayonetta love. I've played PS3 and 360 demo's and its just seems a whole bunch of "hairography".
Went home for lunch to play some PJ Shooter. Got back to work late. Really good. Similar to that glowy retro shooter released a few weeks ago, but done right!
I think we need to all take a step back from his sensationalising comments and realise that Atkinson isn't democratic at all. Not even one iota. He was voted in to represent the people. Put forward ideas that the public that voted him in believed in. Yet instead he is pushing his personal agenda and ignoring that of the public. He is in fact dictating what is right and wrong.

I feel to fight Atkinson we (the gaming public) need to take the higher road and not make this an issue about games, but make it an issue about civil liberties and his political role.

In short, He is not doing the job he was voted in to do. He is not representing the people, he is representing himself.
Excellent article. C

One thing... shouldn't it be placed under PS3 instead of Xbox 360 seeing as Tekken used to be a Playstation exclusive?
If anyone has ACIT already, could they please do a check and see if it has Japanese language support?

If its not in the game options, you'll need to change your ps3 to japanese and then load it. Hassle i know, so not too bothered if its not done.

The reason? The better half and I have been playing the series in Japanese (which she is) since the beginning and the American voices just don't sound right. Just want to know so i can grab here in Aus rather than import. Mind you, with the way the yen/dollar is...
