Folders would great. Would love to organise NES, GB and GBA games into separate folders.

As much as I love seeing Metroid there, it does dash my hopes that Zero Mission for GBA is a long way off, as I'd much rather play that.

I've noticed that Crash Bandicoot 2 has still not returned to PSN... Still waitng for Abe 1/2 and Braid. Hopefully next week (along with adhoc party).
Why release MGS2 substance but release original MGS3 and not subsistence?
Any difference between the PSN FFVII and the disc based ones we got? I say this because my AUS copy of FFVII has Aeries as the default player name, while I think the US versions have her name as Aerith. (I know you can change her name.....)

DLC is really getting out of hand. Now i know people say "if you don't want it you don't have to buy it" but the fact is if some restrictions were put on what can and can't be paid DLC then alot of this stuff would most likely be free e.g. harder difficulty mode, THE ENDING OF A GAME *glares at POP*, multiplayer, new vs modes (lol US $25 for SFIV championship add-on) etc. POP isnt the best example since it was added on top of the disc based content, but when developers charge for basically downloading an unlock key it just seems so dispicable.

I guess the good news is it can't get any worse than it is atm, unless they start charging for patches to games.
Just rang a couple eb stores today, and they have all said fightsticks are coming in end of march (april). One store said it will cost $80 but didnt know what edition.

Rehash after rehash which allows them to keep prices a lot higher than they all should be. To new gamers or old, they should really take a step back to see if they are really getting a bargain.
Yea but thats called BUSINESS. You see the same thing with other companies (e.g. mgs substance/subsistence) dvds (special edition, collectors edition etc). IMO there is no downside to this as it gives consumers a wider choice and in pikmins case, a chance for people who did not have a gamecube to enjoy the game with enhanced controls.
Maybe the new DS will have inbuilt flash memory for downloading GBA and GB games, but yeah, the DS lite is pretty much perfect and a new console a bit too soon.
maybe the 4.7 million they quoted was including free softeware such as the voting channel and news etc. But if thats included, it would seem abit low i guess.
^yup pre-ordered from JB aswell, its a pretty sweet deal. Hyping this game for so long, and playing demo at eGames just made it better. After been slightly dissapointed by AC i know SMG wont.

It could've sold more if not for some stores only stocking 2-3 copies. Can't wait for this game to come out in Aus. Hopefully good word of mouth will make this game the hit it deserves to be.
RE4 was a great port. As long as there is widescreen and 480p support, thats good enough for me. Anything extra is a bonus not a necessity for a game thats already won numerous GOTY awards.
Lots of numbers there, BIG numbers I should say. It's hard to see the Wii slipping behind this generation if these figures are anything to go buy. I've been pretty dissapointed with the Wii's software lineup for the past 6 or so months, but I have to say, christmas is looking to make me bankrupt with SMG, MP3, Zack & Wiki, RE:UC all due to hit our shelves by end of this year.

Will be interesting to see Sony's report and how they are going to spin 2007 to reflect favourably on them. My PS3 has seen even less action, apart from Warhawk. Hopefully Assassins Creed and R&C will turn that around.

Yup, 9.0 on ign and 8.5 from gamespot. Start hyping this game to everyone you know that has a wii. If this game fails (commercially) it would be a disaster on many levels.

Remember, RE4 sales on wii surprised capcom, and now wii get Monster Hunter 3. Who knows whats next from them if this game sells well.

Damn, bout time they announced this. With Bully and Okami coming out towards the end of the PS2 life cycle, its good to see these titles getting a new audiance with the wii. Hopefully it will be a solid port along the lines of RE4.

On sony's official playstation site (playstation.com.au) it says $700 for new 40gb and does not have backwards compatability with ps2 games.
Wait...did they say they had to pull stuff from the game??? I think rockstar just did it for the hell of it since they are always on the receiving end, but if they actually took offence thats just sad.
It makes no sense why Matt would fake a video. The points posted up on fanboy-online does not prove anything. This was a pre-alpha game so obviously there are going to be some bugs. While it is questionable whether he was playing against Bozon or just bots, but so what? the game still exsited.

He shoots with the left shoulder button when the gun is right-handed....ummm yea cuz his holding the stylus in his right hand. The screen points up when his moving the stylus left and right...yea i think thats because he was shot (maybe by a bot) and died hence the screen pans up, im sure there are other games that are the same.

It was just goldeneye DS reskinned, and EA probably didnt get any approval to do it. It was just a demo of what Halo "would" look like on DS. The games never coming out anyway so i dont really see any reason why people would be dissapointed if it was a fake anyway which i dont think it is.
Fatal frame never had ground breaking graphics and it is one of the scariest games out there. Camera control with the wiimote seems like a perfect fit. I can only imagine having your pointer act as a flashlight around a dark house. I'd take that kind of imersion over good graphics anyday.
^yea i agree makes no sense we get the ntsc version of ninja gaiden. I can only assume they released the ntsc version due to it called "ninja gaiden" and more people know that name then the other.
Sin and punishment dated for september 28th. Release dates for next couple weeks are in the news secton in shop channel.

Forget bioshock and AC6, lets hope Ninja Gaiden 2 makes its way to ps3. Sigma was my first taste of NG and 2 looks sweet.
PC sales dont count sales over steam, which i know many of my friends bought. Maybe thats a reason....
Gotta pick up biochock for PC as soon as i upgrade. Just a quick question, what exactly do you have to sell to be in the top 10? Any chance you guys can post up sales figures each week aswell?
