You will turn the light on and be startled by the person in question. After which point they will say you don't care about them and the awkwardness that follows will be so thick you can cut it with a knife
Re: SONY PlayStation 3: Happy 4th Birthday (in Japan) (2 years ago)
It's crazy to think that if it were PS1 it would be dead and burried in a years time with PS2 but with PS3 it feels like it has a long time to go yet....

Saw Metallica last night at Acer Arena in Sydney. I was in the rafters but didn't care.
It was so good. I have been a fan for ages but never got to one of their shows and man I would go again tonight or saturday if i can get a ticket.
I tell you what it it definitely points out the lameness of people in Sydney. There were spare seats. Fucking lame...Seriously get out there and see an awesome band.
No wonder last yr NOFX and Bad Religion played like a heap of sold out shows in Melbourne but only one in Sydney and it didn't sell out. tisk tisk.

unidentified missile launch off the coast of USA
Slightly disturbing....yanks say looks like a missile but we don't know why, what, where or who.
Pentagon is still scratching it's head....nothing appears to be nuked yet so it is an odd one.

I'm going to one step further and just say: Advertising in general.
I rarely watch normal television anymore (what with the general availability of just about anything these days) but when I do the ads always grate at my soul. It makes me glad that hell has a special chamber reserved specially for everyone who ever worked in advertising. Thank god for the mute button.
ps. The frequent religious references are unintentional

Also what is this shit with shows running over time and finishing at all these bizarre times that never used to happen and don't tell me Top Gear is super sized, it's only super sized due to the amount of ads!!!
Why do I get the feeling it will be like ho-hum we have seen this all before and it won't review particularly well?
Not that I care how it reviews I will still enjoy buying a Subaru Legacy wagon and mucking around with the settings and buying other cars to max out their power out put.

Yep you need to avoid this person at all costs to prevent any more disappointments. Turn the tables perhaps?

Saw the trailer for this yesterday as it was shoved into my face while trying to watch something else on YouTube. Probably be b-grade but I like a good invasion flick...at about 56 secs or so it sounds like they ripped off sounds from transformers.
I am not even sure if it is getting a release here?

Well...
You know how when you come to the end of a uni semester and if you're like me you just want to get by. I am doing pretty well in this subject I'm doing (by my standards anyway. Especially with my lack of effort) and I only need 50% to pass it and I am sitting on 42.8/55 with a 30% assignment due tonight and another 15% assignment not yet back.
That last part is the bit that ticks me off. I submitted that piece of shit assignment that long ago! Where are my marks!!
Don't you hate it when it takes forever for marks to come back. So annoying....

I just did one of those personality evaluation things for a new job I am applying for! Gave me a headache.
The questions are you to answer with the answer that seems the most right/relevant/first thing that come to mind...not what you think they want you to think.
I think I just ruined my chances...
