The Demo wasn't that bad, enjoyable enough to say I'm pretty excited about the games release.

People who've commented that, the demo was below par have probably put extremely high expectations on it's release. If you take the game as it is, I'm sure you'll find a great adventure awaiting...

For sure, they would've been required to have something already finalised by now. They are just keep all their cards close to their chest.

They'd have to send out development consoles for the 3rd party developers, give them time to play around, understand the hardware, work out the best way to code for it, etc.

Then, depending on the studio/scope of game, it could take between 1-3 years to develop...

You can plug in an external hard disk to the Xbox 360 (Via USB), but Micro$oft have limited the console to use just 8 or 16 GB (Can't quite remember if it was 8 or 16). Obviously, it's to get you to pony up the cash & buy their official one. At BigW, they retail for $138 (From memory), but they have been on sale in past months, for $99.

At work, these new Nintendo Wii consoles are in stock. They come with Mario Kart & retail for the same price, so most people wouldn't realise any difference. The older ones (That had GC support) are now listed as deleted lines. So, anyone interested in the older ones, should look at picking one up, sooner, rather than later!

I checked the order for this at work (BigW) & our store is going to receive just 11 copies in.... that's quite a low number. I expect it will sell out fast at most stores. In comparison, Modern Warfare 3 is getting 240-ish units for each platform (Xbox360 + Ps3)...

Quite enjoying this game at the moment. I was playing some hoard, & decided to look at the leader boards for each map, & noticed 3maps that are not playable yet, possibly the ones to be released in November?

-Rustlung
-Azura

Would be good to see the Blood drive level in this mode of hoard, would be the easiest map to defend...

Maldonardo was quite silly. Monaco & now in Spa, Hamilton & he, have touched wheels, but when he swerved into Hamiton.... it was silly. The stewards, Mansell, will say he was using his car as a weapon & it should be Maldonado out of the rest of the weekend.

On the rest of the action.... its about what you expect from Spa...

BigW have 10% off for discount card holders, this coming Saturday & Sunday. A PS3 160gb version can be had for $253.00 Not bad considering that less than a week ago, you'd pay $458.00

I agree with the above, having the Gamecube controller ports on the console is good, but, people who buy the console now would struggle to find games, controllers, memory cards & anything else Gamecube related. In Australia, while the Gamecube was alive, it was getting abit hard then.

Nintendo have uploaded some gameplay trailers into the Nintendo Channel showing off their upcoming games. They include, Kirby Wii, Mario Party 9, Mystery case files, & some others. I didn't see these in any E3 posts before, so perhaps they're late announcements?
