Computer upgrade (2 years ago)

Hey peoples i'm currently deciding on upgrading my computer again since the current one is dying, its not a full upgrade just the cpu motherboard and memory, was thinking of the following,

Intel i5 650 cpu - $215 (stock cooler ok?)
Gigabyte GA-P55 UD3R - $179
G.Skill DDR3 4GB 1333mhz Memory -$95

Total is $489 ($500 max, prices from pccasegear), what do you guys think?, already have all the other stuff like Silverstone TJ07 case, Ati 4850 card, Thermaltake 750watt PSU,

Only now using the computer has a internet pc with lot of torrent downloads of tv shows etc etc and iphone backups and what not has i game on me xbox360,

Any other configs for $500 you guys think would be better would be great
Just Intel based only please wanna move from AMD for a change.

There should be a actual hardware switch on the unit located at the back with WAN and 3G, simply switch it over to 3G and should be all good.

Hired in out for 2 days and just about to finish it tonight!, found the story to be good though still prefer MW2 in a way, though at the end of the day still another great COD game!

For all the Vodafone prepaid users here just to let ya know that all the Prepaids nows come with Data from 100MB to 2GB depending on the plan.

there is also a new plan called TXT & Data Recharge with 250MB and 3000 SMS's for $30.

Oh nope it doesnt, already tried to answer the secret answer though can even remember that (im bad with passwords!) and the alternate emails is the actual old account or another email I also no longer use (old ISP!!)

I wanna change my email so I can login onto the xbox site, my account is all good except for this

Wanna be able to use the marketplace on the xbox website has I'd like to have downloads started by the time I get home etc etc

If I can't change it though no biggy.

yeah most likely will just eBay or (and Gumtree) it, should also put the other 2 Collectors Edition Console I have up on there also, which are a Panasonic Q (Japanese Gamecube with DVD Player, and a Dreamcast Regulation 7 Console) wondering how much I will get for them (Panasonic Q needs a new Fuse)

Did have a rare Dreamcast game but got damaged , which sucks has I paid $250 for the damn thing.

Hey follow Palgner's my Xbox360 has recently (like yesturday) started doing this, does this mean my xbox is broke and would it be best to get a new one (like say a slim haha)



Note that is one of the 20GB Xbox360's with the HDMI slot.

I will defiantly getting this, was going to buy the wifi connector and 250gb hd for my current xbox360 but better off getting this one, and give the current one to my gf to use and play multiplayer with 2 different screens, one in lounge and bedroom.

Never had a problem with my current one except for the power brick fan making a grunting noise, and i've had it for 3 yrs now.

also i read on engadget that this will make the the elite replace the arcade console

would upgrade this this however just did a N900 Optus plan which runs out in May 2012 (if we still living by then lol, end of the world in 2012 myth anyone?), so will probally get the Gen3 iPhone4 or even iPhone 5.

Hopefully it will have Adobe Flash support by then, if steve job stops being silly, then again html5 tech will be giving it some competition.
