Re: PlayTV (3 years ago)
Recorded It's always sunny in philadelphia on 7HD and the lag on it was pathetic.
I seem to be having some laggy problems especially with ch7.
Hopefully they don't fix that "Other" region mini-hack because that is the main reason why I bought it, so I can store stuff on my comp, burn it to discs etc.

I picked up my PSP Go when I was in Japan (picked up the white model). Hooray for Yodobashi points card, I had enough points that I could pick one up for free.
Re: Pre-Paid VISA cards to buy stuff from PSN? (3 years ago)
If you're with NAB and don't have a debit card sign up for online banking. From there you can apply to switch your everyday bank accounts and get a free visa debit card.
I switched from ebanking to......ebanking ($4 a month), so just choose the account you already have and you'll get the card in the post in a few days.

Re: ps3 hdd backup (4 years ago)
I'm thinking of doing this, would this work?
1. Buy a new HDD (500gb) and an external enclosure.
2. Put the new HDD in the enclosure.
3. Backup PS3 stuff onto the new HDD
4. Transfer that onto my PC.
5. Take out the original PS3 80GB harddrive and format it
6. Put the PS3 back up from PC to the new 80gb external drive
7. put the 500gb hdd in the PS3 (will the PS3 format it for me?)
8. restore from 80gb hdd in enclosure
Or should I just go the iPod option (I have an 80gb ipod and probably will have enough space for all the PS3 stuff)?

Re: Metal Gear Solid Touch gets updated (4 years ago)
The iPhone will not be a great gaming competitor against the PSP and DS(i). However that doesn't mean there aren't going to be some great games going around on it, it certainly can have it's niche market just like XBLA/PSN/Wiishop games.
Be great living through the games again particularly Sonic and getting trophies for them too.
I will probably get this unless it's too overpriced.
