• This is an alcohol free event. All alcohol will be confiscated by the organisers and not returned (maybe as empty bottles if the container is important).
• This will be an adult environment, and as such children are not recommended. There will be expletives and adult theme permeating the venue not suitable for those under the age of 15.
• Snacks & drinks will be available for a small charge. You are welcome to bring your own as well.
• You are responsible for your own equipment and we expect you to show due care for the equipment of others and of WAXLAN. WAXLAN will not be held liable for damage to equipment or possessions of attendees.
• This is a social environment, any hostilities (verbal or physical) will see any individuals involved ejected with no refund.
• Gametypes used will be consistent with Bungies matchmaking playlists. You will be organised into (what we hope to be) even teams on the night.
• During break periods, setup and end of night you will be allowed to use the network to play with friends in other games, so feel free to bring other multi-player games.
• Cancellations must be made up to 2 days in advance of the event, the costs just cover hall hire and you are very likely causing someone who wanted to attend to miss out, or letting a team down.
• Once the 24 slots are filled, we will take the names of people who would be willing to fill in should cancellations occur.
• In the case of unforseeable circumstances, the date or any information about the LAN may be changed or cancelled without notification. If this requires attendees to sign up again, the current list of attendees will be given priority to sign up to the new/next LAN, and then any newly interested parties.

This league will be run from my games room one night a week( havnt chosen which night or if it will be static yet)...attendence wont be required weekly, but once a month is recomended imo.
The game is a fantasy version of American football, played between two teams of 16 players, each team fielding up to 11 players at a time. Touchdowns are scored by taking the ball into the opposition's end zone, and a team can win either by scoring the most touchdowns, or by violently eliminating the other team's entire roster. The game incorporates both real-time and turn-based strategy elements. Players may choose to play the game in either mode.
Roster players take part in tournaments, where they gain experience and level up. The player can assign skill points to buy new abilities that will affect the player's performance
Turn bassed games go for approx 30-45min (i was in the beta)i have two large screen and will be buying two copies of the game but only have one xbox...so minimum that is needed is your xbox. But as the game is due till 22nd of Nov, i havnt worked out the details yet

also I am trying to get a bulk discount for this game through game traders.

Awsome, i hope they dont get rid of split screen....this is the series that got my wife into gaming and ive got them all for the 360

Except for my disdane to lesure suits larry style or sexual content being over censored (not talking about mixing sex and violence sicko stuff) I have no quams about what gets banned in Australia and should be banned regardless of the 18+ ratting....My problem is about the 15+ games that really should be 18+....for example If deep space was a movie it would be 18+ but as a game its 15+....go figure???
He can't control his kids so what makes him think that he can make an educated decision and not to mention the fact that parents like himself that dont take an intrest in their kids gaming behavior really need a more complete rating systems to make beter buying decisions...to tell the truth an 18+ rating would stop parents buying these 15+ games that are border line...

Just saw new screen shots on the deveopers home page, looks like the human team can get an ogre to play for them....it also describes a bit of the game play, I'm really looking foward to this game now

I got an energizer changer pack, 4xAA 2400mha batteries and charger, a charge lasts for weeks and I can switch them over anytime. Oh and it only cost $27
