Yeah i'm annoyed as now i'm going to lose $40-50 without even using the device a whole lot..
I'm thinking because its an Enterprise Network.. On my iPhone it makes me enter a username and password instead of just the usual password.
Anyone interested in buying a Wifi vita for $310-320 in Melbourne? I just realised today that my Vita won't work with my UNI wifi... Receipt, Box, AR cards + Vita Headphones, Game Cart Case included. All in perfect nick.. only been played for less than an hour.
Don't know if its been posted but Game Online have completed sold out of Wifi vitas!!!

I'm guessing this is why Kmart, Big W etc aren't getting them. Must be supply issues.
It's obviously because Sony have chosen to release every single game digitally for cheaper. 10% discount on games on the psn store.

When it comes to the Vita, online passes will be even more important as you need an online pass for ANY social aspect. Importing tracks, friends ranking + anything else that has anything to do with PSN.
They are different codes. Its already been tested + they're different codes on the PS3.
Just to remind all of you ordering from Amazon, all first party vita games come with online passes so unless you're using a permanent US psn account then don't expect to be able to play online. I ordered a whole bunch before realizing this and canceling
Dicksmith used to have them. They even ran a 2 $20 cards for $30 promotion before Xmas. I nabbed 200 worth.
Just saw the final retail box in Eb games and can confirm that if you top up with Vodafone then you get wipeout for free!
OMG. my 3G HK Vita arrived in 2 days and the 3G works perfectly with an optus prepaid sim. I get $20 for 5gb of data with optus and it works flawlessly!!!!
3G isnt useless. You're going to have full GPS capability whether you have a sim in it or not. Monster radar in Japan will only play on the 3G model and Near will not work on most wifi models depending on if your wireless network at home is in the skyhooks directory.

Plus hot shots golf, hustle kings and I'm sure many other games all allow online playing 3G in the form of turn by turn play.
Just put an hour into Uncharted and am really impressed. The game controls beautifully. The first fire fight had me a bit off guard but once I adjusted the sensitivity of both the aiming and the motion aiming then it felt just as good as ever. The only thing control wise that feels really weird to me is the fact that you have to press select to get the onscreen buttons up(Journal, Camera etc). The Select/Start button fill really sticky and awkward to press for me so the fact that I have to get out of my comfortable position and press select seems weird to me. Not sure why they wouldn't just make it so you click on the corner to get them up or something.

I'm really surprised with the great presentation and depth of this game. I was expecting a dumbed down experience for the Vita but the fact that they've added all these mysteries with stories attached to each treasure is great! Makes me wonder why UC3 didn't have this? Another small gripe I have is the fact that the text is so god damn pixely and ugly. Is this due to the fact that the game runs in Sub HQ?

Uncharted is in full English and tennis is 90% English. It's automatically set to Englush if the game has it.

Really annoyed atm.

ive got a PSC7000 no buzz or any other issues with mine. crosstalk is non existent on 3d blu ray. only game ive experienced with crosstalk was killzone 3 and that was an issue with all 3d tvs.

ohh and the PSD8000 has been out for awhile now.....
Its bound to start buzzing eventually. Mine was 8 months in. The fact of the matter is.. Samsung are admitting that there are major faults with the TVs.. Otherwise why would they have replaced mine without even coming out and looking at it? thats why they've replaced mine and thousands of others with a brand new model TV no questions asked... i was simply giving the guy some advice to net himself a brand new model but thanks for being a smartass icon_smile.gif

i'm loving the 3D. I feel like it only pops out when youd expect it too which is great! How far up do people have their sliders up?

Had anyone had any luck with Street Pass? I managed to StreePass a unit in dicksmith. They're unit registered the street pass but I could not get mine too. Any idea why?
The wait is starting to get harder now! After Friday, we will be the only ones not to have it!

Sketchbook Pro would be awesome with a stylus!
There are a ton of handwriting apps. Notes+ is the best I have found. You can grab these styluses from ebay. They are $1.40 each and are from a seller called buyincoins and they work 110%. They are amazingly responsive. I've tried out almost every kind of stylus and and these work perfectly.

The ipad was made to be a notetaker!
Kid icarus for me was perfect. Every bit of the demo was perfect. 3D was not overused but was there enough that you could tell it was 3D. Looked like a next-gen game and played like nothing i've ever played on a DS before. Was amazing and I can't wait for it icon_biggrin.gif
