Toowoomba JB is my local too. I spose I'll be gettin my copy from there.
Still waiting on an Aussie release date for Tales of Symphonia 2...
*sigh*
Multiplayer on MP2 was enjoyable to say the least, but with the Wii's control scheme it could have been done better. Overall, I'm glad they didnt include multi in corruption
I've always kinda hoped that Retro would make a FPS set in the Metroid universe, but with a Galactic Federation Trooper as the playable character

How does that solve the control issue? Thats like saying GTA controls suck if you don't like it turn it off. Why can't they make it better?
what Karai said ^_^

Furthermore, isn't it unhealthy to play games for 8 hours straight? lol
take a break if its such a problem...
I KINDA agree with Ugh... AND I'm a Metroid fan.
The screens look like they're of Gamecube quality, but thats most likely because of the industrial setting they're taken from (too much grey).
I'm sure the other environments are much prettier (pixelated shrubbery goodness AHOY!)

Now onto controls... if your arm gets tired from playing, turn the damn thing off. Or do more exercise.
I'm pretty sure the control scheme in MP1 is EXACTLY the same as MP2
I'm surprised to see Far Cry listed... but then again, I live under a rock
Lets just stop all the bickering and go play some paintball!!
No mouse. No keyboard. No joypad. And no Wiimote icon_razz.gif
But isn't this exactly what Nintendo wanted?
The Wii is supposed to be different.
I think it is said best in the second half of this article:

---> Re-Release Old Technology so they can make money.

(Gameboy -> Gameboy advance -> Gameboy advance SP).
(DS -> DS lite -> ??? DS liter)
(Wii -> ??? Wii HD )
Those are some poor examples
Nintendo may re-release a more compact version of an existing handheld, but I don't recall there being a N64 Lite or GameCube Lite.
Sony, on the other hand...

And just in case you didn't know, even though your reference to it was totally irrelevant, RE4 was also on GameCube... and before PS2, I might add.

I might get the Wii, but definately no PS3 or X360
My interest in gaming is dwindling, and I won't be spending an insane amount of money on a PS3 that won't be used
The only people who should have a problem with Sonys new controller is Nintendo.
And they dont
So there
Re: The Wrap #14 (6 years ago)
And lets not forget that the D-pad is going to need a new shape...
