Last mag I bought would have been Edge #something in 2004 i think
Mainly bought EDGE for the retro gear and the features/specials
Most if not all magazine reviews of current games can be found anywhere on the web for free and often written to a higher standard and less bias.
A quick Google and you will find that SDP allows you to download streaming content to your PC

Great for those crappy integrated streaming videos which you dont want to wait around for, leave it going and come back to the file on your PC.

Especially since the MGS trailer is 100mb and 15 mins long

Christ - it'd have been about 1986 or 1987 and I was at the Tara hotel with my parents, and my brother and I were messing around with a cocktail version of some shooter - I don't know the name of it exactly, but it was sort of like Galaga meets Centipede. If anyone knows what it is, post the name of the game in the comments section.

Clone dvd will shrink the movie and extras that you choose down to 4.7Gb by lowering the quality of the image

Anydvd is a program that disables the region coding and copy protection.....use in conjunction with a dvd copying program.

Edit: neither off which are freeware

yeah thats what I thought till I got a vein in my burger....

I dont plan on eating KFC or McDonalds for the rest of the year. Made it to April without eating it.
