^ I see that the fine goes toward paying you back some of the underpayment. Can you sue for the rest or is it owing to you in the liquidation? I know in liquidation, money owing to staff as outstanding wages is a priority payment after the liquidator's fees but before other creditors. Hope you get the money you deserve.

Been running around in circles for a few hours trying to catch an Albino Lobo in the Bresha Ruins because a friend of mine said they make a great early RAV. Frustration is really setting in. They appear so rarely and when they do, no crystal. *sad face*

What level bonuses did you guys go after first? My sister says to get the boosts, as those options disappear later. That true?
I really want the ATB gauge.
EDIT: I went with the RAV Boost I and II for Serah, and COM Boost I and II for Noel. I bet I regret it. Really think I should have got the ATB gauge and unlocked some other roles. :S

Now my exams are done and dusted, I have finally started FFXIII-2. I'm liking it so far, but have no idea what I am doing with my leveling. I'm just pumping all my CP into Ravager for Serah and Commando for Noel. I haven't unlocked the other Roles yet. I'm thinking this isn't the best way to proceed though.

Is anyone else as excited for Theatrhythm: Final Fantasy as me? I cannot wait! I'm hoping and hoping for a US release, but if it doesn't happen then I will just buy a JP 3DS and the JP version of the game.
I love me some rhythm games and adore FF music/OSTs, so this game is literally a dream come true. I really like the art style of the game, and the segments from the original games look too awesome. As you can tell, I absolutely giddy over this game.
The game features ~5 songs from each Final Fantasy game from I to XIII (not including spin offs), and includes Cosmo Canyon which makes for a happy Charly.
Quality of the second video, isn't the best. But, it shows that the menus and game generally seem rather import friendly.
This is my most anticipated game of 2012 (I'm hoping).

^ I was wondering about that, actually. I wandered into the thread a few days ago, and noticed people were rather diligent in using spoiler tags. For this latest episode, no one has done so. I admit, I didn't bother because my post just expressed opinion on facts about the episode that were already on display, but I think people (including myself) must be more considerate in future. I know I'll be pissed if anyone spoils Ep9 for me.

I have been working really hard to ensure I do well at uni all Trimester, but a few days before the exam it is like my brain has just given up. I'm so beyond exhausted that I can't make myself study - I get the books and papers out and just stare at them. This is very frustrating.

These awards always remind me that I don't post in the Nintendo Forum enough. I have 200+ DS games, and have never been nominated for a Nintendo Fanboy award. Then again, I do love me some Sony systems too. Actually, I pretty much go where the RPGs go. I would have loved to see genre Fanboy awards, but I guess that would increase the number of awards given by a great deal.

Dollhouse S1 and S2
It's Whedon, so I watched it. But, I found it so hit and miss. I ended up watching it mainly for how sweet Victor is.
The Walking Dead
One of my new favourite shows. Love it. I find this series so tense, that I can't settle to watch it. Instead, I sit curled up on my bed all stressed out.
I'm so keen to watch Game of Thrones. I have ordered the Bluray from AmazonUK. I just finished Book 1 of A Song of Ice and Fire so I really hope the TV show stays within its bounds and doesn't spoil any of the later books for me. March 5 can't come quick enough, thought I'll probably be in hospital when it arrives. >:

I'm having a biopsy next week. I'm feeling rather anxious about it.
The doctors/nurses have said that they will apply a topical cream to numb the skin and then use a thin needle to take a biopsy just below the skin. Ummm... yeah right. My mass is behind a major muscle in my neck, between two main arteries supplying blood to my brain. This thing isn't just below the skin, it is way in there. This needle is going to be injected super deep and no topical numbing cream will help that. I'm feeling super frightened.
So, I discuss said fear with boyfriend. He interprets my fear of pain as fear that the needle will not make it through the muscle to the mass and proceeded to tell me all about how large and thick the needle will be. Now I'm even more scared. *sigh*
I laugh because this is what he is like when I'm in/at the hospital. He tells me horrible medical tales/info that really frighten and upset me... and he thinks he is helping.

To me, that is requesting an opinion. Will the 4GB system be sufficient for Andy?
Fetidchimp says to buy the larger system to avoid future hassles.
Some might think that a 4GB would be fine for Andy, as he may decide to sell it before hard drive space becomes an issue.
I'm not sure what 4GB systems are selling for at the moment. Last I looked they are back up to ~$249. As buying a 320GB hard drive is $150 separately, this brings the total cost up to $400. I'm pretty sure the 250GB systems are more than that atm. Perhaps the 4GB is an okay choice for Andy, if he were to keep the system long enough to need more hard drive space then he could upgrade later without being out of pocket too much more (if any). Though, mrcool37's advice regarding some games needing a hard drive would need to be taken into consideration if choosing that road.
But Andy, it is a poor time to buy an Xbox360. The good sales have all ended, so I personally would wait and see if the cheap, cheap Christmas prices return (or at least closer to them). After selling so many 4GB Xbox360's for <$150, I know I would feel rather disgruntled about paying $250 at present.
As for asking questions instead of goggling answers, I'm a offender. Get the hand cuffs. My twitter is littered with stupid questions that I could have googled answers to. I like the discourse. I like that these people to some degree know me and tailor an answer to suit my person. I recently asked about transferring PSN games from my PS3 to my PSP, 3 people told me how to do it and 4 or 5 people asked what games I was buying and made some game recommendations.

I ordered a copy of Final Fantasy XIII-2 Crystal Edition 360 for my sister for Christmas.
The store still hasn't got it in stock. I'm so very frustrated. The order is fully paid and was placed in November. I know small delays happen here and there, but this is quite late considering the rest of the stock arrived early last week.
EDIT: Have spoken with Customer Service and basically it looks like the delivery is simply missing. As there are no more copies at their warehouse, it is simply a matter of wait and hope it shows up.
