Other improvements include in-game access to the XrossMediaBar (XMB), a time and date display, and the ability to launch a Google search from the XMB.
I thought people were complaining that you couldn't search the net while accessing XMB during a game...? icon_confused.gif
You can't. Well you can't according to the video. If you try to start the web browser it asks do you want to quit the game. I would imagine google search is the same.

Now.. is it live yet?

It's like a list of the games I don't have with trophy support.

Guess I'll be at 0 for a while then..
Actually considering half the games aren't even released yet, I suppose getting a high rank will be a little tough at the moment.

Wow... talk about the uncanny valley.

I can hear the commentary now...

In the third lane it's the American zombie, quickly catching the Chinese shop dummy, but the British mannequin isn't out yet, oh my god, the Nigerian corpse has taken a fall.
HAHAHAHAHAHA!

Yeah right.

This is the first release date I've seen... we still have two or more year long slips to go.

If it's in the bag and ready to go then why do they even have to ponder when is a good time to release it!??!?!
Release it as soon as it is done to make the people that buy your games happy...simple.
Umm... because it the development studio has the demo ready doesn't mean it's ready to go. It should still go through at least some QC by the Sony PSN people. So they will test it to see it downloads, installs etc properly over the network, and should put in some play time as well to make sure they don't find strange bugs when they play it.

Then of course there is the marketing issues mentioned above...

I remember reading on here somewhere that either there was/is an update that enabled the rumble in PS3 games whether it be for a driving wheel or something I can't remember. (was a while back, might have been force feedback)
Force Feedback with the Logitech steering wheel works the GT HD. So when you play GT HD it actually feels a bit like a car... not an elephant on a skating ring.
My understanding is that Shivering Isles is confirmed for release on PSN. Slightly before the release of the Game of the Year edition. You can find confirmation on the bethesda website.

Of course if it makes it to the Australian PlayStation store before 2034 I'll be surprised.
Anyone know what happened to Puzzle Quest?

It was on the release list 2 weeks ago. Now it's gone, and not in shops. The publisher claims it has been sent.
