Yeah, it was a fairly depressing place. The wife's company recently merged with an English firm and there's a chance we may go back for a few years soon. I do get home sick once in a while but I know it's rose tinting and it's not a country I'd want to fully raise my kids in, but it would be nice to go back for a few years.
There are parts I love about England and parts I don't like.. My boyfriend is English so he likes it more than I do but I could live there easily.. As long as we were well off. It's not a very forgiving country is you're scraping by.
Though I would love to live there in a couple of decades for good icon_smile.gif

Yeah I think it is. The store itself is alright. Ashton Moss leaves a lot to be desired but I do miss living in England itself.

My boyfriend had his second driving test after drama with the first one.. Only to be hit by a car at no fault of his own.. With ten minutes to go. They canceled it, he has to rebook and pay the fee again to redo it. England is shit sometimes.

I also canceled my Crystal Edition of FFXIII-2. I just couldn't justify paying $138 minus employee for something. More or less some artwork and a shirt when I can pay $58 for the same thing.
I already have the preorder bonuses and that's all I really wanted anyway.

Was stopped at the boomgates today. Truck pulled up behind me. Waited for them to go all of the way up and stop. Just before they went all the way up the truck smashed into the back of me.
My first accident.
So I pulled over and cried, haha.. And everyone just kept driving. Someone eventually came over and let me call mum. I didn't have my phone as I was just nipping to the post office to pick up a parcel.. And then the truck eventually came back.

Not a nice experience!

I hate truck drivers for the most part. I have to drive on a big highway to get to and from my house.. So daily.
They always without fail tailgate you. It's horrible.

A couple of months ago. I was doing 80 in an 80 where there is usually a speed camera and a truck was tailgating me badly. I could only see its lights. We get to the end of the eighty section where there is a barrier on the side of the road and it decides to overtake me. So it goes in the other lame (Which is now 100 and opposite traffic) and then merge back into my lane without indicating before the first part of the truck was even ahead of me.. Forcing me in my little two door Barina to break hard and almost hit the barrier and then the truck only just missed me.

I hate them. I get them tailgating me daily. I've only had one who ever kept its distance :l.
