Seeing the Miis of Reggie, Miyamoto, and Iwata popping out of my computer screen and onto my 3DS. I am now proceeding to find moar Mii QR codes.
Marathoned Dragon Age 2 over the long weekend, now I'm getting stuck into Pokemon Black and enjoying it far more than I thought I would.
Violin - 13 years
Piano - 8 years
Trombone - 5 Years
My parents' patience - 24 years and counting.

When I decided not to persue a career in music, I was forced to stop all my music lessons. I still get out my violin every now and then though. icon_smile.gif
For all of its faults, I loved it.
My first playthrough was a female rogue Hawke with a smarmy sense of humor but a good heart who fell head-over-heels for Anders. I'm actually replaying Origins now so I have another Warden to import, mainly because I still am yet to romance Alistair and become queen of Fereldan.
My next DA2 playthrough is going to be a snarky mage who has amazing hate!sex with Fenris and gives her brother to the templars (pretty much, the most dramatastic, wangsty scenario I can think of)

Can't wait for DA3 already, although I'm hoping its set in Orlay or Antiva (ESPECIALLY Antiva). It'd be cool if, at the climax of the series, your warden, Hawke, and any protagonists of future games meet up and make a team of heroes that you have hand-crafted. It'd be like Dragon Quest IV, but on a massive scale.
P3P is getting a local release? [/latetotheparty] Might actually pick it up (didn't have a PSP at the time it was originally released).
Still need to import Radiant Historia, the time travel mechanics look great and the overall feel makes it seem like the kind of game that will have an effect on my studies <_< (So perhaps I should wait..)
Also, a small piece of trivia on Skies: Did you know that Vigoro (the womanizer general) is voiced by Charles Martinet? XD
Oh hay, I didn't even realize there was an SMT thread on here, score! icon_biggrin.gif

Re: Catherine, I'll most likely be getting it, looks like a bit of fun (that and Katherine looks totally my type). I'm hoping they include the original difficulty level and the modified one, I like my games ATLUS hard. icon_biggrin.gif
Reinstalled Lords of Magic on my netbook last night. Forgot how awesome the game was- Chaos for life <3
Re: Pokemon B&W (2 years ago)
I'm trying to get excited about this game, but I guess it's too soon after HeartGold/SoulSilver for it to reignite my interest in pokemon. I'll probably pick it up later, after I've gotten Radiant Historia..
Re: Artwork (2 years ago)
Thanks, and yes, paint moooar! I might post up some other thugs I've done tonight after work.
Edit:

Graphic for my personal portfolio website, which is still in the making.

My entry to a wacom design competition last year.

Did these to sell at AVCon last year, never got there icon_sad.gif
Re: Marvel vs. Capcom 3 (2 years ago)
Thanks, more tempted to get the ps3 version and play it on one of my housemates' consoles. Don't really care for competitive play, just the capcom fanservice icon_biggrin.gif
O_o totally did not notice that! Will have to replay it after work tonight.. icon_razz.gif
Re: Marvel vs. Capcom 3 (2 years ago)
Been considering picking this up, loved MvC2 (but playing it on a 360 controller is balls)
Few questions:
-I'm a Tron Bonne player, how much has she changed in MvC3?
-Is the 360 version worth picking up at all? I'm not a terribly serious fighting game player, and I definitely don't want to invest in an arcade stick...
Glee started off as a guilty pleasure, and something I could facepalm and groan at. Now it's a weekly ritual. And yes, Jane Lynch is a massive selling point for me- any episode without Sue Sylvester isn't a true glee episode, as far as I'm concerned.
Re: Artwork (2 years ago)
I have trouble with things like dynamic posing, paneling, and action scenes. And there is a bit if action in what I wanna do. icon_razz.gif
Haven't seen the video yet (I'm at uni), but I always imagined Yuzu sounding like Yukari from P3 :S
Re: Artwork (2 years ago)

Most recent thing I've done, some absent-minded chibi versions of characters from a webcomic I'll do one day when I'm good enough icon_razz.gif
Achievement Hunting in Fable III, on Disk 4 of Lost Odyssey, and trying to finish Dragon Age: Origins before DA2 comes out.
Re: The Welcome Thread (2 years ago)
@Theory
Mainly digital illustration, manga styled. I'm starting to establish my own style, but I've still got a long way to go.
grabbed myself an avatar from one of the other forums I used to frequent. It's Oberon from Shin Megami Tensei. He amuses me so.
I'm loving the new battle system, that alone has sold me on the game. (I used Backstab once and am now convinced my first Hawke will be a rogue) Isabella and Anders being party members has made me actually look forward to the game, as well.
My 4-year-old scrap heap of a PC can run it on high-maximum with very little slowdown (granted, I recently did drop in a new video card), and it actually runs better than Origins did, for some reason.

Hi, I'm Kas. 24-year-old artist who enjoys the odd game now and then.
It's been a while since I actually frequented a forum, figured I'd start fresh so I have somewhere to go that isn't Facebook or DA when I'm procrastinating in uni tutes.
