My general ringtone is the FF13 main theme 'Blinded by Light' lol. It is beyond nerd that people won't ever recognise it...

My personalised one for some friends is 'A Beautiful Mine' by RJD2.
I have Maybe I'm a Lion by the Black Mages icon_razz.gif

Until I put that on the other day though, had Bike Scene by Taking Back Sunday, for about 3 months, preceded by Closer To The Edge by 30STM.

For notifications, I just have my phone vibrate.
Samsung Galaxy 5, as it was the only pre-paid Telstra Android besides the Wildfire at the time, and I am a poor student. Other reasons are Android is far superior to iOS IMO, and Sybian is gonna be abandoned by the end of this year iirc.

Given a decent amount of money now, would go for another droid. I hate iPhones, don't get me started on it, and hate M$ as of late, so there go the alternatives.

Only have a few games yet though :/
My main recommendations would be Handcent SMS, with scheduling being one of the main reasons for suggesting it, Swype, as it is MUCH more efficient for me than the default Samsung keyboard on my Galaxy 5, especially with the small screen, and Go Launcher EX. Found it runs better than any of the other alternative homescreen/launcher apps out there.

Also, I recommend, though it may have some lag if your phone is not rooted, WidgetLocker. Makes your lockscreen MUCH more useful. I also like PowerAmp out of any of the music players, though $5 for the full version is a bit steep, compared to competitors. Has an EQ though.
timecrisisking, why not chuck them up on the trading section of Falcon's forum? http://www.gamerdungeon.com.au/ in case you missed it. I can vouch for it as it was where the stuff round the whole RETRO-GAMER incident was resolved, and a fair bit of the userbase is PALGN users.

I personally am against a private trading forum, for entirely selfish reasons, being that I would not get access, as I am only a young student who hasn't been her long, and so haven't the posts to enter based on that, nor the trading history if it's invite-only or whatever, due to being poor til recently icon_razz.gif

Game traders can always come over and use this forum. icon_biggrin.gif
+1000000

But yeah, I was one of the guys ripped off by RETRO-GAMER, but, I managed to get my money back. Despite that, I still think I'll miss the Game Exchange, even though I only really used it that once, as there are few alternatives around.
Re: Gaming Bargains V2 (2 years ago)
Bit slow, but picked up a $50 copy of Tekken 6 with the Hori arcade stick from EB on Friday. Best price anywhere still, and I badly needed a stick for my 360 icon_razz.gif
New (old icon_razz.gif) PSP means its time for FFIV, and Dissidia 012 (even though it's not really an rpg...) YAY!
Just updating that I now play RB3 with Green Day/ ACDC imports
Re: Your newest purchase (2 years ago)
You can't, according to the website. Some people have reported success with doing so though.
Re: Gaming Bargains V2 (2 years ago)
Wondering if anyone knows where I can get a new PS2 still? Pretty sure Kmart had them last time I was in, but still for some absurd price.
Re: Play-Asia Coupons (2 years ago)
PM me for a $5 off 50 coupon icon_smile.gif
Re: Gaming Bargains V2 (2 years ago)
Launceston store's stock sucked, only real standouts were for PS3 icon_sad.gif
All the 5 dollar games and the like were gone, few for 15 though.
Re: Gaming Bargains V2 (2 years ago)
ThePredator: I could probably grab you one and send it up? Provided you pay postage. Time, I can waste, money, nope.

Wheres the cheapest place to buy a PSP GO?
As Fyuusi said, DSE. My local store (Launceston :/) has a few, $199. So perhaps there'll still be some around elsewhere.

Free Zorua eggs, free eggs! If anyone wants a Zorua egg (or hatched Level 1 Zorua), just let me know icon_smile.gif Just set myself up with a Litwick with Flame Body and tossed a Japanese Snivy into daycare with an English Zorua. I'm using the Masuda method to try and hatch a shiny.

EDIT: Also got a few Level 1 Tepig if anyone needs one.
I'd LOVE a Zorua/Zorua egg. Whatever's easier. I'll send you a PM about it Monday night if it's okay.
Yeah, I'd be interested, BarneyStinson13 is my GT, and I just scored a new copy of Halo 3 off a friend cause my sister tilted my xbox while I was playing... and it raped my disc.
Anyone up for some band quickplay/face-offs?

I have: Guitar Hero 5, Guitar Hero Greatest hits and Green Day Rock Band to play at the moment. Will ditch them for GH6/Rock Band 3 with the above imports and AC/DC track pack in a few weeks.

I play Expert Guitar/Bass, and Medium/Hard drums and vocals.
