I use MS only branded ones since the cheaper ones don't last long after a good charge. Even a 2 AA batteries worked longer than those.

Hey guys, I don't know if theres a thread with the same topic on here. Did a search but failed to find any. Anyways, I'm one of those guys who likes to see what other people's gaming setup are like. Show us your consoles, where you play, how neat or messy it is and also explain why stuff you have etc.

Kinect was better than what I expected. Mostly playing Kinect Adventures and Motion Sports but really want to get Dance Central, the demo is epic fun and the camera really picked up your movements perfectly. Apparently I need to shake my hips more

picked up a Kinect bundle today with Motion Sports for $188.
Wasn't expecting much from this thing but it's actually fun and responsive.

cool thanks for the reply people. yeah i'm picking it up from EB since I have credit there I can use. I'll try to price match with BIG W since they have Sonic included for the same price.

Hey guys, i'm looking to pick up my Kinect from EB Games tomorrow. I just want to see whoever picked it up on launch day personal opinions about it. Also what games would you recommend to get with it?

I found Black Ops to be Treyarch's bad ass version of Modern Warfare 2. It's like they took MW2 and turned it evil adding bad ass dialogue and bad ass violence of limbs flying and Vietcong throat cutting.

The decision to take on the cold war era was good but I felt they executed it wrongly. The mystery weapon story reminded me of Bad Company, the levels felt like they were stolen from MW2 and reskinned or made better. The only good part was the Vietnam jungle scenarios which was excellent, probably the best part of the singleplayer campaign. Overall, could been better if they didn't try and copy MW2.

The multiplayer is my favourite part of the game but the matchmaking could be fixed a little. Games are laggy, dropouts occasionally happen and i sometimes get American games which pisses me off. The spawn points are a issue cause seems like me and people take advantage of spawn killing.

Overall a good game by Treyarch, Sam Worthington did good voice acting and JFK was funny as.
