Didn't MGS1 get an remake treatment done for the Gamecube? It even had the FPS ability added, Twin Snakes?
I bought this collection at the weekend. I am running Windows 7/64bit/i5, and six of the games won't run and hang on startup. These are all the Jedi Knight games and Force Unleashed 2, I have tried some of the fixes but end up getting so frustrated.

I thought Steam games were meant to be patched and optimised to run on newer machines. Every other Steam game I have purchased has worked great.

So to answer your question I would say the older games are still riddled with issues.
What sort of Memory Card does it use? Does it have any built in memory?
$344NZ = $273AU (they also have a higher GST, so it's pretty close our new price)

One of my favourite type of games too.

My pre-order goes to Big W who are throwing this game in with the 3DS and an accessory kit for $348. I would have bought this game Day 1, so works out well for me.

It is going to have 3D cut scenes.
Can someone clear up the backwards compatibility issue with me please.

Is it only the new 3DS games that are region locked? Or will it also lock out the backwards compatible DS carts too if not from the same region as the console?

Yes, you can set playtv recordings with psp remotely via wifi/internet from anywhere, and also view the tv live, and your recorded shows with it too ..... oh and play any PS1 / Mini games off the PS3 hard-drive remotely aswell ! Great connectivity between the PS3/PSP, I use it all the time.
This is the best and most accurate review I've read of this game.

I beat this game in 4 hours. The credits rolled, and I just sat there blinking with confusion and anger !

There better be a lot of free DLC coming (hahahahaha yeah right)
I find if I go semi-cross eyed and concentrate in the centre of video without moving my eyes around too much I can pretty much see the 3D effect.

I got one massive headache though !
Valkyria Chronicles 2 is so good, it is worth the full price of admission ! Best game on PSP this year.

Just noticed JB Hi-Fi are selling the PSPgo for $288. The offer for the 10 free games that can be redeemed with it is still on until mid September.
Anyone thinking of getting the new DSi XL .... Toys R Us are selling it for $264.95, which is pretty good !
I think I'll have to wait to hold one of these babies in my hands, play with the buttons and see the screen with my own eyes before deciding to get one.

From what I've seen the thing just looks too big !

So far it runs great, slight slowdown on the 'summoning', but it was like that on the original.

It looks great on the psp's smaller bright screen, zoomed out to widescreen !

Sony sent me a promo code for the GOW III demo this morning. Comes in at a whooping 2.2GB so long down load!! 65% done. can't wait. Will leave another comment once I've given in a good thrashing!! Any one else get the code?
Yes, I got the code for the Demo too.

Going to wait for off-peak tonight to download it though. Hate these monthly quota limits.
