I don't know if it would help a lot for a chronic condition, but I swear by this stuff for mouth ulcers: http://www.epharmacy.com.au/product.asp?id=5737&pname=Kenalog+in+Orabase+for+Mouth+Ulcers+5g It numbs the ulcer so you can't feel it, and speeds up the healing.
1) Warm salty mouth rinses as often as you can - as much as it feels like its not doing much it does work if you keep it up.
2) Avoid triggers/aggravating factors - hot/spicy foods etc..
3) Over the counter medications-
Numbing analgesic gels like SN33 are a double edged sword. Yes they take away the pain allowing you to eat more comfortably but they also burn a bit when you initially put it on, and you tend to look after it less as the pain is your body's natural response to avoid triggers which will cause more harm to the site.
Kenalog (mild cortisone based gel) is also a pretty good recommendation. Apply a thin layer over night and also pretty much as often as you can remember. Helps bring down the inflammation and helps it heal quicker
5) Avoid triggers!!!

Hope that helps....now I'll just need your medicare card...

US$67.99 for US version
US$66.99 for Asian version

Which version would you recommend?
I'm enjoying Oblivion Elder scrolls heaps at the moment- how does this game compare?

Re: PlayTV (3 years ago)
First post so be gentle
So in terms of advantages of PlayTv vs. a USB DVB tuner for your PC (which are like $40):
-You can watch and record at the same time as its got dual tuners.
- Makes use of the PS3s HD (though there are issues copying off)
- Automatically switches PS3 on/off to record (tho arguably you could leave your computer on)
Anything else? Just trying to find reasons to justify the extra cost...?
cheers
