Same here, i do this mostly for current gen, but when it comes to ps2 i will use ebgames.

Gametraders is a massive +1 for me, if they had some closer to sydney, they're the store that always sells retro shizz

I was going to say lost odyssey (great game btw) but yeah if you have trouble with chapter 4 in ff13 i don't think you'll get far in lost odyssey.

Some of my fave games on the 360 to play would be:
Gears of War (number 1, i reallly loved this game, played through on insane by myself in a few days )
Mirror's Edge - theres mixed opinions about this game by many people, but imo you should defs check it out (tho be warned its a bit short; but i see it is $16 posted on cdwow right now so you cant complain)
Oblivion (GOTY) - for obvious reasons
Fallout 3 (GOTY) - both fallout and obliv are basically same, but still different, no story connections

Yeah thats just a few that i have played countless hours on lol

Oh, have another go at FF13, its definitely a great game if you can beat the bosses lol

I've seen this, really good, if you want to check out more of that guys movies, start with this cos it's only 20mins long.

also definitely stick with death note, it's not that much to watch a 20min episode a day, and overall i really liked the story (although i didn't like the animation style)

Now you should definitely check out most of the ghiblies; i have just watched grave of the fireflies myself and the plotline in that is mature (although don't watch the eng dub; actually, don't [b]ever watch anime in any other language than japanese, just stick with subs)

if you can download the old firmware somewhere else (they are everywhere) you can just put your ipod on the computer, and in itunes when pressing the restore button, do it while holding down the SHIFT key. then a browser opens up and you just have to browse to the older firmware you downloaded.

What annoys me is that no matter how much time i am spending to study for the exams next week, i can never seem to properly finish studying in time!

I agree the prices are retarded, but my biggest worry would be that downloading a game like that would mean my hdd would be full (so if i wanted to install another game, i would have to delete the GoD; which would mean i would have to download it again later)

I am currently playing Assassin's Creed 2 and Pokemon Soul Silver

For Assassin's Creed 2 i have not played it before, but i have read the book so the story is not new to me. tbh i enjoyed the book much better but i am hoping that is just because i am barely 1/4 through the game

I'm play Soul Silver for old times sake, i haven't played G/S/C since the year of their release/s and they are probably my personal favorite in the series. It's funny to see how much i can remember, i'm hoping i don't get lost

I swear this happens to me too. This month i reached 80% quota with other 2weeks left, so i completely stopped doing anything remotely bandwidth intensive; and guess what! 36hrs later we recieved a email saying "your bandwidth has exceeded" :facepalm: I'm still on the super slow connection now.... tomorrow it resets (THANK GOD! )

I would have sworn on this on basically every other time i've played a pokemon game (which is a lot, although i haven't really played any for years)

also thanks Kyle and everyone for helping me out i've played gold numerous times but it always amazes me at how fast some people play. also they always know what to do... I have a few friends that know all the elements and their weaknesses etc and i can't remember them at all (theres like 15 different elements) is anyone else bad at remembering it like me?

Anyway if i remember correctly i traded a Bellsprout (something like that...) to some dude in violet city for a onix but the onix (which was nicknamed "rocky" by it's previous owner xD) seems weaker than i though it would be (it was lvl 6 when i got it and now lvl 12; i'm walking through a water pokemon area so it's pretty hard..) Is this pokemon weak throughout, or is it just until it evolves?

What would the pros out there say a strong poketeam would be for a playthrough in ss? (bearing in mind that i chose cynaquil as starter)

My internet bandwidth was finished today. I still have 2 weeks before it renews. Now i will admit i used to much, but once i hit the 75% mark i stopped downloading (that left about 5 or 6gb left for the month)

Now i gotta figure out where all that internet went... i'm getting really pissed off at having to wait for bloody google to load

I'll be at the Sydney one to. Last year after saving up most of the year i managed to pull together $350 (lol i spent all of it within the first hour )
This year i will probs only bring $100-$200 but i won't spend it so fast
