Yep, picked myself a copy of Bayonetta today at Big W by coincidence. It was a good thing I visited Big W before returning to JB Hifi today, although the Climax Edition was a tad enticing.
If I remember correctly, or if I turned my head around a look at my shelf, the Witcher only had the 18+ PEGI logo, it was actually rated MA15+ here. EB Games put a sticker on mine for that.
So I was reading my emails this morning and I get a 2K subscriber's promotion for the new Borderlands DLC and I noticed something on the bottom.



Look at the rating/classification with all the logos.

What the hell? Did I miss something?

Why do I feel ripped off about BlazBlue coming to PAL shores so late? I find it irritating that companies are still sticking to this "global" delay plan. Localization from one language to another I can understand, but after that, there should be no excuse.

I guess thats all part of lacking a PS3 to some respects. :/

I don't see what's great about the game... Am I the only one that feels that way? But I haven't played it so who am I to judge. :/ But breaking a record, thats new..
My original idea, before the initial launch for the PS3, was to replace my PS2. As I did when I bought a PS2 to replace my PS1. Not only that it can play the latest games, but it can play all those classic legacies I still have on my shelf.

This... just... I'm lost for words really. I really have delayed the purchase of the PS3 for such a long time, the loss of BC doesn't help much, but the price cut somewhat balances it out. I'll be a while before I really do get one though.
There is some sort of feeling, that feels like joy, which I cannot contain nor describe at the moment.
Slimmer, cheaper model? If it also has a functional PS2 backwards compatibility, then count me in.

My computer hasn't been able to keep with some of the most recent games for PC. Minimum yes, but recommended no. I plan to do a major overhaul and build a new system within a few months. I ran the RE5 benchmark released a while ago and I was hitting only about 40FPS with med-high settings.

Oh wait... I have this for the Xbox 360, forgot about that icon_razz.gif

Shame really. I recently got around finishing the first one too in preperation for this icon_sad.gif Oh well, there are other games to wait and play in the meantime.
Oh wow. Man I would really want those NVGs, but I really do see that Prestige Edition going for a lot more than $200.
Ok, so it's kind of bad that's its delayed, but kind of good too, because I'm short on money atm icon_razz.gif

I only got my eyes on MvC2 at the moment. I'm with with that Marka, some games don't seem the 1200MS point worth, but what can you do?

I played when it first came out, for like 9 hours straight. I was pretty impressed, having a lot of fun etc. Then the next day I didn't feel like playing it and I never touched it since.

I just... it just feels the same, like all Sims. But that's just how I am. If I'm up for some random fun, I can go play some Sims then.

Yeah I gotta agree. 'Kay. I just got off playing it for a few hours just now. 'Kay. There are some hitches in the game and everything is so damn shiny. 'Kay. I was actually laughing really hard at the story near end of disc 1, you know the Earth thing. 'Kay.

Dub kills me though. Lymle sucks and I hate, hate, hate her full stop. Edge is borderline monotone and etc. with all the other characters. But in all honesty, I actually like Welch.
I was waiting for my exams to start and out of nowhere some dude dressed up as a bear comes running up and down yelling incoherent things. I found it amusing because it made me think of...

And that it was my final exam for the semester! icon_smile.gif

Yeah, I was pretty excited when I saw SC for the PSP, even though I knew it was coming anyway. Kratos is make the game even more badass. icon_biggrin.gif
