Looking forward to DKCR and All-Stars. i'd get Dark Dawn also but new DS games never seem to release at a good discount.

Should also mention that the Super Mario All-Stars 25th Anniversary Collection is also out on Thursday December 2.
Same Goes for Donkey Kong Country Returns (Wii) and Golden Sun: Dark Dawn (DS).
the 9 day wait between the NA and AU releases of monster hunter has been torture. and it's only half way. 4 days can't go by fast enough.
Rugby League 3 WOOOO!!

i'll probably get God of War III eventually but i still have to play the first two.
i can't believe how many people here are taking what's been said out of context.

if Nintendo's mindset is to always be the innovator, then of course they would be embarrassed if they had to release a peripheral to catch up to a competitor's innovation.

and all the people who keep saying Nintendo aren't supporting the core gamer are just plain wrong. Nintendo have released as many core titles on Wii as they did with N64 and Gamecube in the same time frame. add in what they've done in the casual sector and you'll see Nintendo are actually being more active than previous generations.
not sure if anyones found this yet but the description of marvelous entertainment's page says

"MABERASUENTATEIMENTO site appeared to watch the mystery! The new game, a new lap time."

make of it what you will

if it were a zelda game, i'd be inclined to think its related to majora's mask. the triforces on the watch count down and could represent the whole three day cycle MM has. i'm sure there are many who wouldnt mind a continuation or remake of MM.

but it's only less than 3 days til we find out

I was actually interesting in getting a Wii just for these type of shooters. But the control style looks haphazard and awkward. I much prefer the smooth flow you get with mouse and keyboard.
Although the game itself doesn't look too bad... just average.
yeah for me its if it's good enough on Wii i'll probably get it on that. otherwise it's PC all the way. i actually enjoy Wii controls more than PC. but there's been less than a handful of games that do it well enough.

Wii FPS controls are improving though because developers have realised that they need to make them customizable. i'm still being positive after seeing the QoS footage because despite how awkward the controls looked (even on advanced setting), it shows that there is a control customization option.
it actually looks better than these screens show.

watch the first 10 minutes in motion

just remember that footage is offscreen, not direct-feed. that's why the lighting seems too bright and causes some of the water to look solid. also the music is dubbed into the video and not actually in game.

graphically the only problem i have with it is bond's face. why does it look like he's always pouting his lips.
i'd say it's just a DS version. not a DS exclusive. would be a very bad idea to make it exclusive.
the whole region locked issue needs some clearing up. Cammie said that Nintendo don't have any plans for retail DSi software and that DS import titles will still work. someone has to sitdown with Nintendo and get them to explain properly. i would take Cammie's word but she has the habit of not really knowing everything that's going on.
1x NES - 30 games
1x SNES - 11 games
1x N64 - 16 games
1x GameCube - 25 games
1x Wii - 20 games

1x Gameboy, 1x GB Pocket - 6 games
1x GB Color - 9 games
1x GBA, 1x GBASP, 1x GBMicro - 11 games
1x DS, 1x DSLite - 31 games

1x PC ~ 30 games

i'm slowly trying to complete my Nintendo collection. have to find a good balance between buying new games, buying games for collection and saving up for a PS3.

I think they're bragging because they're doing it on the Wii, and everyone pretty much wrote off the Wii in terms of graphics, but High Voltage are pumping out the effects and looking at the trailers it's running at a solid 60 frames (it certainly looks a lot smoother than a lot of the 360 titles I play).
its only 30 fps. the demos havent been a solid 30 fps but the final product should be

Ubisoft knew about it and have been nintendo's bum buddies this gen,
Lucasarts didn't and were pissed (with lightsaber games). EA, iono.

i'm not sure nintendo had been sure on wiimotionplus forlong before announcing it, and they certainly seemed to be jumping in before MS's E3 conference keynote, launching it suddenly days before their own keynote.
Nintendo had originally planned for the technology being built in but the cost of doing so didn't blend at all with the Blue Ocean business model.

with all the murmurings of a rival controller, Nintendo were forced to reveal their hand.
C&C Red Alert (PC)
Trying to play it through before RA3 comes out. will move onto RA2 asap.
Up to Allied Mission 8 (right path) - damn soviets attack before i've set up my defences. plus i occasionally i have to restart because some pilot decides to parachute behind the chronosphere where my people can't access and procedes to gun it down.

Rainbow 6 Vegas (PC)
i've postponed playing the story mode. still not very good at the game yet so i'm practicing with a few of the terrorist hunts. i've only managed to beat border town for now. have moved onto Calypso Casino.

Final Fantasy IV (DS)
just past the part where Kain steals the Dark Crystal from the party. i've been leveling up like crazy so that the game doesn't kick my ass so much.

Megaman 9 (WiiWare)
speaking of ass kicking. this one supplies them endlessly. i've only managed to beat Splash Woman, Galaxy Man and Concrete Man. i can control the game well enough, i just have to figure out the patterns for each level. just wish it didnt require me to die so many times for each one.

wasn't the publisher announced to be nintendo? i'd read that on some gaming site, may have been embargoed news.
no publisher has been announced yet. they've got one but have to go through all the legal stuff before people get to know who it is.

i remember HVS saying a while ago that it wasn't going to be Nintendo but things may have changed since then.
