Xbox live Issues? NEED HELP (1 year ago)

I signed into xbox live today and my avatar, gamerscore was gone. I reset xbox same thing, so went into gears achievements are NoN and my campaign progress gone. Yet my multilayer lvl, ribbons etc were still there. I checked the website and my gamerscore even points were still there. So i decided to check HDD, all my save, downloads were avaliable. So decided to recover gamertag, i then received an error stating its unavailable. So im now without xbox live, and can't play any games due to my save progress..........

any tips guys?

ok ive never been a fan of sony and hardly play my ps3 (first off)

so ive just tried to sign back in and am now recieving this erorr:80710092

which seems to be related to the whole hack thing, now i have installed that update they released and ive check my network etc...

any ideas sony people?

Quick question anyone ever subtracted say chips from a maccas meal? Im unable to eat chips due to my health but can still eat there burgers. Anybody tried or work for maccas that might know?

to tell you the truth though, i would actually call up sony. Ive found game companies to be pretty generious in certain times. as long as your not lieing they may help you for free.

its not the fact that they stuffed up, i understand theres mistakes made, i work at a help desk so i know we all make mistakes. but common there supervisor was so rude and they didn't say sorry after being completely wrong!

anyway just my opinion on the matter

well the ticket is still at 59 so i think i might go to consumer offers on friday, give them a buzz. the amount of crap i went though im gonna demand i get something for my trouble, coz ill now need to drive back and get my refund for the postage!

so annoyed! however game is f'ing awesome would be happy to pay $75 but its just the point of the matter

hey guys have to share this, anyone else had problems with these guys, ive had a couple of encounters but today really takes the cake.

i walked into the store to buy transformers, listed $59 on there site, walked in and noticed $75 price tagged though ok scan it too see. Girl scanned in came up as 75 advised price is 59 and yet she argued its online only.


walked out of store and called mum to check with website 100% confident its 59. So walked backed in and checked with maanger, he advised online only aswell i argued and in the meantime there games manager came over and argued quite loudly that its $75 and im wrong.

he confirmed he's checked website today and im wrong and all this crap in the end i got them to check it. i was right. $59 nothing about online purchase only.

they mumbled to each other a lot (like 5 minS) i told them it got changed today to compete with there competitors, they kinda ignored me, in the end i got it for $62.80 which is the postage......

so pissed right now, i did get the bonus pre-order though:D but still way to treat a customer, and i was right!! give me a $5 discount card for telling me to my face that im wrong...going to call there head office tomorrow, and maybe cusumer offairs but ill see what happens ot the price.


oh and ive already saved the 59 price as a jpg:)
