I'm abit torn as to which version to get. Ever since the whole Geohot/PSN down thing I've commited myself to support Sony less, but I've got to decide between the convenience of having a single blu-ray disc vs 3 DVDs.

There is also the issue of graphics as well, historically multi-platform games always look slightly better on 360.
I'm playing SRWZ2 on PSP as well at the moment. I'm also doing a Let's Play on it, check it out here

Only on stage 14 at the moment, as documenting it is taking a very long time icon_confused.gif

Yeah I'd love to know the details. Your works are awesome man, you have a great attention to detail that I lack. I'm still pretty noob in terms of basic skills, I haven't tried weathering or modding etc before.

As for BakaUC, probably won't be going as I have too much going on and not enough time for modelling.

JB's exclusions were just updated, anyone see any differences in PS3 or 360?
JB's exclusion list has just been updated. Can't see much difference except Too Human for 360.

I just came back from QV and I can say it's not good compared to some other HN's. The 360 bargain bin is pretty much the same for the last 6 months except for what squal04 mentioned.

There's only a few PS3 titles left like Mirrors Edge for $50, Fear, Conan, 50 Cent where the only ones cheap ones I remember.

I think the title of the first mission in this game perfectly sums it up for me - SSDD. While the game is certainly good, it's not GOTY material for me, as it doesn't really push any new boundaries like COD4 did when it came out.

I checked out QV BigW, scanned pretty much everything and there's like one or two games that were around $10. And both were quickly snapped up. Some guy said Southland had a pretty decent selection though.
That's really strange, I'm just looking at the one off their website. Maybe hit refresh?

I can even email you the one I see if you like. Hopefully if you do it fast they will let Fifa 09 slip by.
The JB exclusion list has been updated. Fifa 09 added for both PS3 and 360 and Fear Files added on 360.
I'm on the fence on getting this game. I originally thought you could play through the story as the new characters but it seems you can't. Are there any non coop modes where you can use the new chars?

I'm alsoconsidering getting the collectors but is the extras worth the price?

I switched from collectors to standard after hearing about the rather poor quality of the extras. There should be a spare ps3 collectors ed at jb bourke street now if anyone is interested.
I own all the current gen consoles and handhelds.

Basically the 360 gets the most love. Since most games are multiplatform nowadays, I usually tend to get the 360 version unless the PS3 has any substantial extra stuff, since I prefer achievement points and XBL system more.

The Wii, I hardly ever play nowadays, even my niece has stopped playing it due to lack of interest. I've got a backlog of games to go through, like Zak and Wiki / Metroid, but I somehow can't bring myself to actually play them.

As for the handhelds, I find DS > PSP by far. Easier to carry around, better games. Ever since I lost my original DS and bought a new one to replace it, I haven't been into it as much. I think I've pretty much played everything I want to already (all the Phoenix Wright games, Ouendan, Hotel Dusk) etc, and there doesn't seem to be anything new that interests me until the Miles Edgeworth game comes out.
The warranty is three months.
