Re: Funny Links (2 years ago)
Ack! Why the crap did I just get a screamer flicking through these latest few pages? What even played that? I had my headphones on too. Flippin' hell, why do you do these things to me?

You did read the terms and conditions of the financial product you signed up for, right?
I'm not really blaming PayPal.
Also, Till@ I will love you if this works. I just am worried the transaction will take too long.
EDIT: Yeah, but I don't have the money in my PayPal, I only made the account recently.
Re: A Quick PayPal Question (2 years ago)
Daaaaaaaaaaaaaammit.
I literally can't get a credit card though, because I'm under 18. Even if I could, the sale ends on Monday and they wouldn't process it by then.
Well that was a pointless exercise. Thanks for nothing Paypal.

Re: A Quick PayPal Question (2 years ago)
Ok update on the issue, trying to pay for the tees through Paypal, and it says I have to register a credit card with PayPal before I can checkout... This is a problem, because I don't have one.
Blah, please tell me I can buy them without getting one.

Re: A Quick PayPal Question (2 years ago)
I have registered it, so I can basically just ignore PayPal and buy stuff straight from Threadless? Rad. Thanks mate.
A Quick PayPal Question (2 years ago)
Oh wise Palgners. Do enlighten me.
I'm buying some threadless tees using a Paypal account, do I have to go through the whole process of adding money to the paypal account and then buying the tees, or will Paypal automatically charge from my bank account when I buy them?
Many thanks.

To preface this post, yes I am a loser.
But also, kickin' it back to the early 2000's, guess who found a google whack! Hells yeahhhh.
And there's my proof.
Bet you wish you were a lemniscatic scallywag. And now it is no longer a google whack! Bahahahahaha!!
Edit: So apparently it still only yields one result. Google's ubiquitous spider search drones are yet to oscillate across PALGN once more.

Under Great White Northern Lights - The White Stripes
it's a Jack White bonanza!

Re: Your newest purchase (3 years ago)
Just bought today..
Viva la Vida by Coldplay on Vinyl $27.99
A gift for a friend, hope she likes it, cus there ain't much I can do with a Record.
Sennheiser MX 460 $29.99
These sound AMAZING after having been forced to use either the left headphone of my dying stock iPod headphones, or the right headphone of a pair of rubbish free plane headphones. I am in love with these headphones.
$20 of iTunes. Now I just gotta figure out whether to buy Coldplay, Arcade Fire, Dead Weather or Mumford and Sons. Oh decisions.
And finally
Minnie The Moocher by Cab Calloway 99c
So it was on special at JB. And who am I to pass up such a marvelous opportunity. A whole album of classic jazz for a mere dollar!

At this rate, Mick may have to start employing some small children to draw things of equal artistic merit in MS Paint to keep up with demand.
Ipod Headphone Issues (3 years ago)
So I know there's been a substantial amount of issues with Ipod headphones, particularly the right earbud just dropping out, even weeks after purchase.
That isn't the issue with mine, but I thought I'd start a thread to see if anyone had any similar issues/solutions.
My problem is, last night the left earbud just dropped out, and will now not work at all in my Ipod Touch. I tested the earphones (these are standard Apple issue by the way) in my computer, and they both worked, however the right one was louder than the left. I then tested them in my DS, where they both worked fine.
I tested a borrowed pair of earphones in my Ipod, and they worked fine. So I'm currently kinda befuddled as to what could possibly be wrong. Any answers would be much appreciated.

Re: What really ticks you off? (3 years ago)
Depression can be an entirely mental issue, or it can be to do with problems with the way the brain receives endorphins and such. Even if it is purely a mental issue, it's still a legitimate disease and should be recognised as one. All credit to you, if you managed to get yourself out of it, but not everyone is capable of that. People who are depressed need support, not judgement.
Re: What really ticks you off? (3 years ago)
Just went up to town today to get a new peg for my guitar, come back home, new peg inserted, guitar is all good, so I start to tune it. Typically, at this moment, the G string decides it's seen too much in it's time and gives up on life, snapping itself into 2 unusable bits.
I'd had to wait all weekend for the music store to be open, and was looking forward to being able to play my guitar again. Looks like another trip tomorrow... Grr.

Dead Weather live at the Enmore last night. Hell yes.
Absolutely amazing concert, the most incredible atmosphere and music. I can't wait for Sea Of Cowards.
Edit: In relation the post beneath this one. Dead Weather > Lady Gaga.

Full Metal Alchemist Vol. 9: $14.95
Since when was King Bradley so damn awesome?
Also, I wish the volumes were longer, I get through them so quickly it's depressing.
NEED MORE!!

Does anyone know where I can buy Arcade Fire's Cars and Telephones? I think it's one of their early songs, and it's not on iTunes. Cus it would make me smile if someone knew what album it was on or anything. Also any recommendations for what songs of theirs to buy?

Weekends suck when they're exactly the same as your entire week. Argh, I'm so over being cooped up in my house and not being able to see anyone. So bored and lonely. Rargh. Stupid illness. *rage*
If I don't get better by Tuesday, I may have to smite something.
Also, I wish people would post more during the day. I have absolutely nothing to do but sit on the net, hoping someone has said something witty.

Modern Warfare for Mac - UK/AUS Compatible? (3 years ago)
Just a quick question here folks. I want to buy Call of Duty: Modern Warfare for Mac, and ebay has got a lot of good prices, but most of them are from the UK.
If I do buy the game from the UK, will it work in my (Australian) computer?
Thanks all.
