New Dead Space screens

PS3 News | In space, no one will hear you scream.

EA Games have sent through some new screens for their upcoming survival horror game, Dead Space, all of which can be viewed in the media panel below.

Dead Space sees players take on the role of Isaac Clarke, an engineer who is undertaking a routine mission to repair the communication systems on a deep space mining ship. While repairing the systems, Isaac discovers that the ship has been overrun by vicious aliens who have since killed all crew members. Isaac must now fight through the darkness of space in order to stay alive.

Dead Space, which is an original IP from EA Games, is expected to be released next year on PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and PC.

I guess its cause its still early, but the screens don't really compel. I like the idea though.

^ Yea does sound like EV. Hope it captures its creepiness.

Well its a while off, so expecting much polish now would be a bit unfair. But yes the main character looks really horrible.

i like the main character but i don't think we will see this game released until Q3 2008 i reckon it will be a bit like Resident Evil 4 in Space.
