LocoRoco Cocoreccho released on the PlayStation Store

PS3 News | As well as a few other goodies.

Sony has updated the PlayStation Store this week with quite a few goodies. First up is the LocoRoco interactive screensaver, LocoRoco Cocoreccho. The screensaver is available to purchase for the bargain price of $4.95, which is pretty reasonable we think.

Also released on the PlayStation Store were some PSOne titles which cost $8.45 and can be played on either the PlayStation Portable or the PlayStation 3. The two titles released are MediEvil and Syphon Filter. A trailer for Clive Barker’s Jericho is also available on the PlayStation Store now.

Any word on when the buggered up PSOne games will be back? (Spyro and Crash 2 I think they were)

Good lord Locoroco is awful. I LOVE the PSP game, but this is bad. Real, real bad. I don't know why they couldn't have just left it the same as the PSP game but with sixaxis control, but instead they made it a confusing, frustrating mess. Still, I guess its only saving grace is that its 4.95. If it hadda cost more I woulda been furious.
Syphon Filter is awesome (if a little dated) tho.
Still waiting for Spyro 2 to come back...

I was playing it last night and at first was a little put off. The PSP version has a nice kind of flow to it, but this PS3 version is more of a platform puzzler, and I really like what they've done with it.

I think this one will split opinions down the middle. But I'm a huge fan.

I missed Spyro the first time around, my PS3 is only a month old, but I'd love Spyro for my PSP.

Loco Roco is crazy! Having it on the massive screen and booming speakers is just... too much for words! Those silly Loco Roco's and their bouncing and rolling and singing and dancing. Great fun for less than 5 bucks. Syphon Filter is cool too (but as said above) WOW is it dated!
