E3 2007: Gran Turismo 5 Prologue coming this year

PS3 News | Play Gran Turismo online this year.

Sony has confirmed at their E3 media conference that Gran Turismo 5 Prologue will be coming to the PlayStation Network later this year. Gran Turismo HD has received over 1 million downloads and Sony are keen for PlayStation 3 owners to get a taste of what Gran Turismo 5 has to offer.

Gran Turismo 5 Prologue is a fully featured demo that includes online functionality for online racing; a first for the series. A trailer shown during the E3 conference revealed several environments will feature in the game including a city in the evening and a traditional race track.

I was never one to go out and buy the Prologue version of GT. I think you are just better off waiting that little bit extra. Although knowing the source that could be in excess of 12 months.

damn that's a pretty looking game.
such a shame PD still haven't gotten around to making decent damage models.

regardless, it's still a game issuing a VERY strong call to me to get a PS3 - even in it's Prologue stage.
