PlayStation 3 launch downloadable titles revealed for Oz

PS3 News | Gran Turismo HD confirmed and firmware 1.5 to launch with the system.
At today's official Australian PS3 media launch, Sony confirmed that Gran Turismo HD will be available at the launch of the console. Just like in America and Japan, the game will be available to download for free once you sign up to the console's online gaming service. Other downloadable launch titles will include Tekken: Dark Resurrection, Blast Factor and Go! Sudoku.

In other online news, Sony has also confirmed the system will ship with version 1.5 firmware. The update includes various bug fixes and improves backwards compatability with PS1 and PS2 games. Sony also reiterated that the console will be sold everywhere you can get a PSP or a PlayStation 2.
