NBA Live 07 cancelled

PS3 News | The PlayStation 3 version that is.
With the PlayStation 3 launch only a week away the good and bad news is starting to filter through about the console. Following the announcement today that Sonic the Hedgehog has been delayed on the PlayStation 3, EA have confirmed to IGN that NBA Live 07 has been scrapped entirely for the PlayStation 3.

An NBA title won't grace the PlayStation 3 until next year when EA released NBA Street Home Court which will also be appearing on the Xbox 360. NBA Live 08 is expected to be released on the console in the latter half of 2007 too.

This is definitely a blow to any NBA loving fans who were hoping to shoot some hoops this year. All is not lost though, NBA 2K7 is still set for release around launch.

yeah this the company that loves to get games out for everything no matter there viability!, very odd
