Pre E3 2006: Sega's E3 line-up

PS3 News | The house of Sonic pulls the curtains back on it’s showcase.
They used to showcase their latest console, until their last one went belly up and now Sega, one of the show favourites, makes their obligatory return to E3 this year with a shorter list then most of its competitors. With only 13 games making the cut, one hopes that Sega has a few surprises up their sleeve, which will most likely be the case.

"SEGA's line up this year for E3 really demonstrates our commitment to challenging both creative and technological boundaries,” stated Mike Hayes, President and COO SEGA Europe. “The exciting lineup of new brands, alongside some of our most popular established franchises, reaffirms SEGA’s place as a leading publisher and developer of current and next-generation games.”

Without further ado, here is Sega’s E3 2006 lineup:

  • Chromehounds (360)
  • The Club (Working title, PS3/360)
  • Full Auto 2: Battlelines (PS3)
  • Medieval II: Total War (PC)
  • Phantasy Star Universe (PS2/Xbox/360/PC)
  • Sega Rally (PS3/360)
  • Sonic Rivals (PSP)
  • Sonic The Hedgehog (Working title, PS3/360)
  • Super Monkey Ball Adventure (PS2/GC/PSP)
  • Super Monkey Ball Banana Blitz (Wii)
  • Virtua Tennis 3 (PS3)
  • World Pool Championship 2007 (PS2/PSP)
  • Yakuza (PS2)
