E3 2005: Killzone 2 announced for Playstation 3

PS3 News | And we've got the first images...
Sony are already feeding us information on the next Killzone, which is set for release in 2006.

The three images we've been given show off the detail that the Playstation 3 will be capable of achieving. As always, Sony have been very secretive about their upcoming game and information is scarce.

PALGN will have more information on the Playstation 3, and Killzone 2.

it's funny, i wasn't even aware that Killzone 2 was announced...

i haven't played the first (and probably won't) so i don't know if sequels were implied or not...

pics look pretty impressive though...

Watch the video. It made my jaw drop during while watching the press conference. It's the kind of thing you expect from a movie, not a console .

wow that trailer is very impressive. Character models and environments are top-notch. those explosions still need some work tho icon_razz.gif
