E3 2005: Playstation 3 games confirmed

PS3 News | We know what some of the first games to be available are.

Sony held their E3 conference today and revealed a lot of information about there upcoming next generation console the Playstation 3.

The Playstation 3 is set for release in Autumn, 2006 and has been confirmed by Sony to use Blue-Ray disks. will also support CR-ROM, CD-RW, DVD, DVD-ROM, DVD-R, DVD+R formats.

Sony also confirmed some of the upcoming Playstation 3 games, including Tekken 6, Metal Gear Solid 4, Devil May Cry 4 and Gran Turismo 5. The first information about these games will be available tonight, so stay tuned to PALGN for more information.

while Tekken 6 and DMC4 might be ready for launch, as much as i'd love them to be, i guess i've plenty of time to save for MGS4 and GT5... sometime around 2010 should be about right...
