TEKKEN: Blood Vengeance 3D to receive an exclusive Sydney screening

PS3 News | Sure, we love schoolgirls.
Remember the news a couple of months back about a new Tekken movie coming out? None of that live action stuff, but in CG. Coming back to you now? Good. Do you live in Sydney? Even better.

Namco Bandai has announced that the film, subtitled Blood Vengeance 3D. will be screened on Wednesday, July the 27th in the aforementioned capital for one night only. To further entice fans, Namco Bandai are giving away 25 double passes on their official Facebook page.

The film will follow Tekken veteran/high school student Xiaoyu Ling who is sent to gather information on a mysterious student named Shin Kamiya. However, when he is kidnapped, Xiaoyu begins to uncover the frightening secrets of the Mishima Zaibatsu.

As fans may already know, TEKKEN: Blood Vengeance 3D is part of the upcoming Tekken Hybrid collection, which has been confirmed to include a HD version of Tekken Tag Tournament alongside a host of other unannounced content.

hahaha.. I had a feeling ZeroX03 would react that way. icon_smile.gif

If dlo isn't there, then it's not Tekken!

Oh well, I would've liked to go (if it wasn't in Sydney) but unfortunately I won't in the country at that time. Mike you don't live near any civilized human colonies.

Hope the movie is good.

Sadly as it's just a single Australian screening, the tickets are being given to Tekken fans in competitions and media only. Make a temporary Facebook account and enter is my advice!

This must be a really great movie if they're screening it just once and not selling any tickets...

Not that it could possibly be worse than the Street Fighter movies or could it?!

I'm waiting at the cinema for it to start but have no idea where I go. Does anyone else know where we meet or whatever is happening. I won my ticket through ign if thats important.

Hooray for digging up old threads... but couldn't really think of any where else to put this.

For those haven't had the opportunity to watch the movie, here's a small fight scene between Xiao Yu and Alisa (english dubbed).
