Looks like a new Timesplitters, visually.

Gameplay, I'm not so sure about. We'll see what reviews say, but at least it's cheap (from the UK).

That's exactly why I'm importing it, the gameplay could potentially flop. Highest review so far is 81, lowest is 25. Apparently it's very broken.

The regional pricing of this game is shocking. In the US: USD$49. In Australia: USD$89. Not to mention the fact we get it 3 days later, and the AUD is at USD$1.07. Ridiculous. Everybody should import games at every chance possible. Otherwise these Australian distributors just have us all by the short and curlys.

It sounds like the review code given out was unfinished and didn't have the day one patch attached to it.

Joystiq apparently didn't even play the entire game, IGN complained about the lack of a K/D Ratio statistic.

I've played it for a couple of hours on PC and I find it fairly enjoyable. It'll be fantastic when I can play it with others online that can actually co-operate with you. AI is bad. >_>

I have been looking forward to Brink.. However it seems that most reviews are not favorable. I have pre-ordered at EB but might transfer that to a different game or a Turtle beach headset.. That and i have it Pre-ordered for my PS3. With no PSN it doesnt seem worth it.. Not for now at least

Dick Smith? I could be wrong but I remember someone saying $69, but that could have been a completely different game. The lack of sleep is affecting everything I hear.

I hear the PC port is a trainwreck so I wont be touching until it's patched.

If you guys want it on consoles, by the sounds of the reviews, it will be a $30-$35 game on Zavvi soon...

Working fine for me so far.

Although I'm offline.

I'm not gonna let reviews sway me from getting the game. I can't wait till this comes out.

i bought the steam copy, when it was 45 bucks. best pre order ever! just played from 10-1... exceptionally fun game. i unlocked via annonymity vpn software, played on some USA servers. lag, but manageable.

if ur over cod, and want a real pc shooter, i highly recommend brink. team work is rewarded and vital, and the parkour elements are well implimented. furtherest thing from broken ive played in a long time. nice mix of weapons and sounds, good lot of unlocks. u can get all the unlocks without even playing online if u wish, which is nice. melee doesnt kill in one swipe. no instant kill shots either.

if u hate cod (like i do, ) ull love brink. also, its absolutely a pc shooter. no way it can be played successfully or well on a console.

I don't think my pc will run it so i'll be getting it on my xbox instead icon_wink.gif

ur choice buddy, icon_smile.gif however i cant play twicth shooters on xbox or ps3, only games designed specifically for each system to take advantage of the controls. halo/gow & killzone/uncharted are fine. i cant get my head around games that are cross platform, as the mouse kills controllers.

also splash damage have a long standing pc pedigree, and u can feel it when u play brink. its better than etqw. (although i really like some ideas of that game)
