Resident Evil 5 meets PlayStation Move

PS3 News | But can you shoot and move at the same time?
Following the trend of combining old franchises with new controls, the latest game to meet a motion sensor is none other than 2009's infamous Resident Evil 5.

A new trailer showcasing PlayStation Move popped up on Game Trailers, which includes plenty of gameplay from some of the more recent DLC expansions. Specific details are yet to be confirmed; as to whether this will be a new retail release, or simply a patch for the current version available. The former seems likely, largely due to the fact that Resident Evil 4 made a similar transition to Nintendo's Wii. In case you didn't already know, it worked out quite well.

Take a look at the trailer below and feel free to share your comments.

Resident Evil 5 Gold on PS3 has Move support, if you already have it, a patch is supposed to take care of it ala Heavy Rain
