How about a release date?

Maybe if you print off ALL the GT5 media released so far, you can stick it together and make a flip book. That must be why they keep giving up new screenshots and videos...

I would just like the game please! no more screen shots I get the jist of what the engine can do with the PS3. Pretty please Polyphony with sugar on top?

GT5 quickly becoming the laughing stock of the gaming world. Please spare us the screenshots Polyphony

am i the only one that thinks it looks no better than say, forza 3, despite taking them seemingly forever to make?

I think it looks crisper than Forza 3 (though that's probably the result of screenshots directly from the game rather than seeing it through a TV). Regardless, I was driving around the Nurburgring in Forza 3 last night, which isn't something you could say about GT5...

If you hear nothing this E3 then I announce it vaporware. It's a driving game! What can they be doing to it that is so hard

I say let them take as long as they want. This game will sell ALOT of PS3's, u don't want it to be rushed out like every other game.

The title has, apparently, been in development for 6 years now - that is over half of the projected life cycle of the PS3. If it makes the 4th quarter 2010 projected release date, that'll be firmly around 7 years.

What I'm saying is... I don't think you can even suggest that the title could be rushed at this point. Indeed, I think we're getting well into 'crawled' territory here.

So now they're wasting time rendering rows and rows of spectator tents that you will NEVER see in the game, just for the sake of it?

At this rate my 5 year old will outgrow it and he wasn't even born when the last one came out.

You can't see it in the picture but the indoor furniture and moving car parts are all rendered in exquisite detail too! There's also no copy/paste here, each spectator tent and vehicle was hand modeled =P

It will be well worth the wait, every one will be gobsmacked when it comes out. And all the time would have been worth it

Wow, it looks like the cars near the tents (as well as the tents themselves) have close to double digits in polygons. Why freaking bother if, in the event you actually get to see what's on the side of the road without ending up in a wall, it's just going to look like arse anyway.
