PlayStation Store Update - 23/12/09

PS3 News | Early Christmas miracles for the little boys and girls.
This week's PlayStation Store update was in fact a lot earlier than it normally is, probably due to Christmas being on Friday, so excuse us for being a little bit late on this one, as we had to catch on to Sony's trickery. But on the bright side, Vagrant Story has finally seen a release on the PSN to play on both your PS3 and PSP, as well as the Dante's Inferno demo. We also see this week the advent of paid downloadable PS3 avatars, all LittleBigPlanet themed, so if you've really been desperate for a new look you could start off there. Ho ho ho - on Fighter, on Firion, on Onion Knight and Cecil, on Bartz and Terra, on Cloud, Squall and Zidane!

Vagrant Story .... done deal !

With the way each set of songs has to be mixed, DLC was always going to be scarce for DJ Hero, but I would have thought a few would have popped up from time to time.

Grabbed Hustle Kings and Polar Panic (US Store) today. Nice to have them early icon_smile.gif

I would have picked up Vagrant Story aswell, but i've still got it on disk and never really got into it to begin with.
But whats with charging for LBP avatars?

I've always been interested in playing Vagrant Story. Now I'll be able to without having to hunt it down on eBay.

Vagrant Story is a great addition, but this week wasn't as strong as last week in my opinion - we had BRAID!!!!!!!, as well as Rubber Soul and some darn good Xmas deals (1943 for $13, at least for those of you that didn't already have it).

Anyway, why am I thinking that these consecutively good updates are leading into a subscription system...?

According to Kotaku, Trine is supposed to be half off, couldn't see it on the PSN last night nor tonight, and considering it's not listed here, I guess that was a mistake on their part.

Still no astro tripper or zombie apocolyose or blue toad murder files why are these games on the uk ps store but not on ours?
P.S. on a different note can anyone confirm that you can use a aus visa debit card on the us psn a friend told me i could but i don't have one only a credit card & i know that won't work.

Just buy prepaid US (and HK, JP etc) cards from Ebay or a decent website. Most of them will email the code within an hour or so.

Beats waiting forever for games to come to the AUS store.

Yeah mate. I've used both these sites 5 or so times each and have always got the code within a few hours max. Also know people who do the same via Ebay so either way :)
