I'm sure the gameplay will be great... But what is it with Black Box's fetish for writing extensive (crap) storylines?

For a game like this you could easily get away with virtually no storyline to it whatsoever, but once again they're taking it even further than skate 2.

The skating looks like the snowboard mode in THPS... looks a little floaty..... I believe that Skate 1 is the best Skate.....

The skating always looked floaty in the other games too when the camera was zoomed out. Trailers for Skate 1/2 looked crap too. Actual gameplay footage always looked heaps better.

I said this in another post but....

I'm annoyed that instead of focusing on improving the animation of certain tricks, selecting good music, adding the newest season of clothes and obtaining new pros etc... they kinda just went with 'try-hard' approach by skating a quarry, making tricks more unrealistic and having a 'rivalry' between hesh verse fresh..... which isn't even a particular fashion style in skateboarding anymore, it's more like 2007...

I guess I'll still buy it.. but I pray for no frame rate issues that crippled skate 2.
