PlayStation Store Update - 16/10/09

PS3 News | Tune in or detune out.

This week the PlayStation Store update brings a bunch of new Special Offers, for fans of Call of Duty or Resident Evil. Wipeout HD Fury has also revisited the store, combined with the original game in one complete pack, and a new and very bizarre title called .detuned has also surfaced. Uno! is up too, for those who like to draw four. Let's check out the full list for a rundown.

I'm not too stoked on this weeks update...

The Wipeout combo is probably the best thing there, but JB have the BD version cheaper.

Has anyone tried Mushroom Wars? I'm thinking of getting it, looks pretty cool. It seems like a mix between PixelJunk Monsters art style and charm, and Phage Wars gameplay. Pity it doesn't have online MP though.

i wish they made better use of the preview feature in psn so i could check out some of the dynamic themes because but i'm not willing to part with my hard earned without seeing them in action.

and yeah, i agree this is one of the worst updates in a while.

It might have something to do with Uncharted 2. I reckon Sony would've been less inclined to stick worthwhile content on the store this week when I'm sure they'd prefer gamers to spend the money on U2 (not the band. who'd wanna spend money on them

)
