Wow, that's a tracklist to make Rock Band and Guitar Hero envious. Some really good acts on there.

Boo! No Iron Maiden and no Pantera. And nothing off the British Steel album! Oh well, it is better than anything GH or RB put out.

Thats a pretty good list if you ask me.

way to marginalise your commercial endeavour into an already dominated market by including nothing i like. yeah its great to have real metal but real metal has a restricted audience compared to pop (hence the name pop) and i think there are better ways to differentiate your product

are you saying every video game should feature a sound track made from the current best selling music? if so LOL! icon_lol.gif

^ I can just imagine in a World like that... playing the final scene of Prince of Persia and having Bring me to Life by Evanescence playing in the background.

Hehe, it has a Dethklok track. I recon this game will be alright.

So what you're saying is that a videogame about metal, revolving around the theme of metal, a plot about metal, and making jokes about the steriotypes of metal, should not have a metal soundtrack?

If its only now you decide the game isn't for you, you had no idea what it was about to begin with.

Yeah, I gotta say, that post made me giggle like an idiot.

What made me laugh moreso though? MANOWAR on the soundtrack! Ahahaha. Awesome.

That's a very suitable Metal soundtrack. Awesome.

Beautiful. This might be one of the best game soundtracks of all time (but cannot beat Dave Mirra Freestyle BMX 2; that was too epic!)Bummed that there is no Machine Head, Metallica, Rage Against The Machine or S.O.A.D, but what they have is a very genuine mix nevertheless

Shame about Dragonforce, but the rest is orgasmic.

It's things like this soundtrack that make Tim Schafer so gorram lovable by me icon_biggrin.gif there is barely a sinlge bad song, and when i play other games (like Fight Night Round 4 ) all i get is this carppy (spelt that way on purpose, like the fish) Rap, hip hop stuff.. it's repetetive and boring!! METAL !!!! *headbangs for days*

"o whining emo kids or pop rockers here. Well... not many anyway. "

LOL! instead "rockers" dressed up in black with black hair and black eyeliner going around singing songs about death/love, NOT EMO AT ALL

Not emo i tell you why..
1. Because they hold guitars
2. they sometimes smile kinda..
3. and surrounded by things made out of metal
