Sony announced that the new wireless microphones will make their debut in the United Kingdom on March 20, though other parts of the world are get to get an official release date at this time. No price point for the new technology has been revealed.
Sony also announced the next title in the SingStar lineup, SingStar Pop Edition, will be released in April. This entry in the franchise will introduce voice-controlled menus for browsing, queuing up songs and even using the SingStore.
