Rock Band gets a shot of zombie

PS3 News | White Zombie DLC on the way.
In a press release issued today, Harmonix and MTV Games have revealed that two more bands are set to join the Rock Band family next week, with three a track lineup of downloadable content making its way onto the Rock Band catalogue.

This latest content will feature two songs from the defunct heavy metal act White Zombie and a track from Norwegian punkers, Turbonegro.

These master tracks will offer Rock Band owners the opportunity to rock out to one of White Zombie's most popular tracks “More Human than Human” from its 1995 album Astro-Creep: 2000, as well as “Black Sunshine” which was initially featured on the band’s La Sexorcisto: Devil Music album back in 1992.

In addition, to White Zombie, Rock Band gets another shot of international flavour with the track “Wasted Again” from Norwegian punk band Turbonegro, a song which was featured on the band’s 2005 album Party Animals.

As per usual, the songs will sell for 160 Microsoft Points ($2 US), with the tracks hitting the Rock Band Music Store on Tuesday, February 17 for Xbox 360 owners and Thursday, February 19 for PlayStation 3 owners.
