SingStar goes ABBA

PS3 News | Now you can be the dancing queen.
Sony has today announced that the newest game in the rather popular SingStar series will be, uh, SingStar ABBA, featuring all the hits of the iconic Swedish band.

No complete track list has been revealed as of yet, but the press release mentions that ‘Mamma Mia’, ‘Gimme Gimme Gimme’, ‘Waterloo’ and ‘Dancing Queen’ will all be available for players to scream their hearts out to.

"We are thrilled to be collaborating with ABBA to bring their tracks to SingStar this Christmas," said the big boss of Sony Europe, David Reeves. "The popularity of this iconic band continues year after year, and we know SingStar fans will be delighted to add this selection of classics tracks to their SingStar collection."

The game is scheduled for a release later this year, and will be available for both the PlayStation 2 and the PlayStation 3.
