But while that is good news for gamers, the bad news is that 2K is still staying mum about the game's intended release date. Currently 2K Games is stating that the game will head into retail outlets during Take-Two's 2009 fiscal year, meaning that we may not see the game until the end of 2009 as the fiscal year runs from November 1, 2008 through October 31, 2009.
Looks like we might not be getting those cement shoes this Christmas...
