While Sierra didn’t mention too much about the plot, Blood on the Sand will once again allow players to take control of 50 Cent in order to protect his assets and collect payment from a crooked overlord. The game will feature the voice talents of 50 Cent, G-Unit’s Lloyd Banks, Tony Yayo and DJ Whoo Kid, as well as exclusive music tracks performed by 50 Cent and G-Unit. In terms of gameplay, there will be drop in and out co-op action, "interactive counter-kills, driving, and aerial combat."
“We are taking this sequel to the next level with exciting combat and gunplay, new original music, great graphics and a new story,” said 50 Cent. “50 Cent: Blood on the Sand will have everything my fans are looking for in a 50 Cent game.”
50 Cent: Bulletproof was actually refused classification in Australia, but an edited version of the game was granted an MA 15+ rating after a resubmission, so whether or not Blood on the Sand will need to be edited for Australia remains to be seen.
