I saw a comparison table at a website once, the GT5 cars looked better than the real cars.

^^^ I'm sorry but the above is impossible. A computer generated image cannot look better than its real life counterpart. Shiny doesn't equal better, in fact 99% of the time shiny = bad. If it isn't in a showroom, it's not going to be a shiny car. The real world has a phenomena called "dust" and it takes mere seconds for it to coat your car (especially if you've just washed/waxed/polished/etc).
